Joined with the sports welcome bonus and followed the requirements as per the T&Cs. I also asked on live chat exactly what I needed to do to complete the turnover.
Finally completed it and had to go through several verification procedures including selfie ID etc before being told they had cancelled the withdrawal and my *entire* balance was confiscated without any explanation. I've been uploading documents since December 10th when I first made my account and they still keep asking for more documents it's insane!
