This operator has developed a highly negative reputation for dishonest practices and lack of transparency. In my specific case, after a period of normal betting activity — where, like any player, I experienced both losses and winnings — my account was suddenly and unjustifiably closed without prior notice or explanation. At the time, my balance was approximately €1,400, and to date, I have not received any response to multiple emails requesting clarification and resolution. No evidence or reasoning has been presented for the action taken against me.
This behavior raises serious concerns regarding fraudulent activity and lack of compliance with basic consumer protection principles. I am aware that hundreds, if not thousands, of users have experienced similar issues, many of whom have publicly shared their experiences across various consumer platforms.

My deposit is 600, withdrawal is 1900, everything is fine, I play, I place bets, when all of a sudden they don’t like that my account is in profit and block me on suspicion of a multi-account and abuse of bonuses, despite the fact that I didn’t use bonuses, guys, believe me, don’t play here , they will attribute to you charges which do not exist.

Betseven (bet7 or previously betseven7) steals money as they do not enable you to withdraw your funds. Further they steal your winnings due to either made up argument which is not in terms and conditions (referring for instance to bonus Terms and conditions you never applied) or rather just simply stating "internal decision of relevant department". Argument is dependant on particular agent on chat. All that indeed without any further explanation what you violated.
Internal decision is widely used sentence to cover they just do not want to pay you out your deposited money. Terms and conditions are piece of useless text, they do not care at all.

My case is following:
1) I deposited 1550
2) I won about 1000 EUR
3) I requested withdrwal of some of my winnings
4) balance was immediatelly stoleny and reset to my deposit
5) support on chat told me -> INTERNAL DECISION
6) rude and desperate I requested maximum withdrawal according to Terms and conditions which is 1000 EUR
7) after 72 hours (TC conditions to settle withdrawal) of unsucessful withdrawal I asked on chat. They cancelled my withdrawal and told me my MAXIMUM withdrawal is 100 EUR -> indeed reasoning is INTERNAL DECISION wihtout any further explanation
8) these scammers force you to withdraw deposit (made at once) by 16 withdrawal request, each settled after 72 hours which is totally 48 days!
9) if this was true it would be still good. They do not settle anything unless you beg them on chat after 72 hours, this happened 3 times. Result is I was able to withdraw 300 EUR in total of a month
10) fourth withdrawal request was pending 12 days, then they deleted it and rewrote by my new request because I pushed a button again.
Chat does not respond, they know your IP, cookies or whatever so they do not activate chat at all for you. if you delete cookies, use different browser etc. you activate chat, but once you ask why is my withdrawal still pending, they terminate immediatelly chat.

Bet7 is pure scam with just purpose to steal your money. STAY AWAY!!!
