Does exactly what I want
Does exactly what I want. Contactless entry, changing rooms are clean, pool is clean and not too busy. 1 thing has always bugged me, and that is that there is no route from the pool change area to the sauna & steam rooms. I either need to get dressed and then change again into my damp swim suit for the sauna, or risk running through the centre in my swim suit and back again. As someone who uses the pool and the gym, I’d like to say that swimmers like saunas too, it’s not just gym goers!

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your review!
We're happy to hear that you appreciate the contactless entry, clean changing facilities, and pool environment.
We're also grateful for your comments about accessing our health suite from the poolside changing village.
We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, and we're more than happy to share this with our wider team for further review.
Thank you again for raising this with us!
Warm Regards,
Kaisha

Hi Michael,
Thank you very much for your 5-star rating, it is good to see.
On joining, the membership shows pending just until the bank details are confirmed and glad to hear our receptionists put your mind at rest.
Leatherhead may be able to issue you a membership card instead of using your phone if that might help.
We hope you enjoy using the facilities at Leatherhead.
Warm regards,
Shirley

Toilets
Everytime I swim the toilets in the ladies pool area are awful. Always at least 2 blocked and no toilet roll. No soap and dirty. Otherwise it’s all good

Hi Aimee,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you enjoy swimming with us, but we’re very sorry to hear about the condition of the toilets in the ladies’ pool area.
This is not the standard of cleanliness we expect, and we understand how frustrating and unpleasant this must be. Your comments regarding blocked toilets, lack of supplies, and overall cleanliness are very concerning and will be shared with the centre management team so this can be addressed as a priority.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Warm regards,
Hazal

Staff great! Lovely, clean facilities. We could do with a better choice of motivating/engaging music on the gym floor when doing strength or stamina sessions please! The current choice is awful 😖
