My daughter is very happy to attend the tennis classes (4-6 years). Thanks to her coach missus Gina Williams.

Booking swimming lessons for my daughter was quite easy and she is enjoying the lessons, which are organised very efficiently.

The staff were confident with my child, very kind and one addressed her one to one and reassured her. They spent time making sure her hat and goggles were on properly and guided her from me to the water. She felt safe with them.

Perhaps it is still early days but the classes are at max capacity. To balance out the ratios, they moved my son to a slightly deeper pool which brought him close to tears as he wasn't able to keep up with the other children and latched onto the ledge to help him move despite the fact that i had initially explained that this was his first ever swimming lesson. Finally the teacher noticed and brought him back to the more shallow section which will hopefully allow him to build more confidence. The classes were very mixed with diff ages of much bigger and older children mixed with my 5 year old son. Most of them could perform swimming instructions but I'm not so sure if this will be a beneficial class for him. Will have to give it afew more lessons before I decide.

Sent a complaint after attending the swimbies 2-3yr swimming classes at the Walthamstow Feel Good Centre. The customer support are dealing with it so hopefully they will listen and improve their offer as there aren't many options for swimming classes locally.
Generally I expected the swimming class to provide:
- interaction with the child both as instruction and reward
- classes with multiple short activities so the child doesn't get bored/distracted
- education of how to swim
- group activities to give the child confidence of being in the water by being with other children
None of the above were provided, the teacher spent the whole time chatting to her colleague.

The centre is modern and its easy to book classes and activities through the app.
Staff have always been super friendly and helpful ☺️
The pool is great. Perfect temperature. It’s not too warm, so ideal for swim for fitness.
The gym is clean + music + wifi + antibacterial wipes + great range of equipment.
The only area I would suggest needs improving is the cleanliness of the swimming pool changing rooms. Especially on weekends!
In comparison to other centres I’ve been too I would highly recommend 🎉

The staff at the entrance were very welcoming and helpful.
Blessing gave a great gym induction. He was thoughtful, informative and gave me confidence to come back and try the new things he suggested for me.
