Brent was excellent when assisting me…

Brent was excellent when assisting me with the booking arrangements. Very friendly with a non judgemental demeanor. I felt that there was a genuine concern for the dilemma I found myself in.

I attended a recent appointment…

I attended a recent appointment after providing relevant information in advance. However, this does not appear to have been properly considered, as I was later informed that the procedure could not go ahead.

This raises concerns about the lack of an adequate pre-assessment process before booking patients into appointments. As a result, I attended an appointment that was not suitable in the first place.

Despite the service not being delivered, I was still charged, with only a partial refund issued. In addition, it took approximately three weeks to receive any communication regarding the refund, which further delayed resolution.

Overall, this reflects poor screening and communication, resulting in an avoidable and disappointing experience. I would encourage improvements to the booking and assessment process to prevent similar situations for others.

Thieves - Don’t Use

Thieves, I turned up to the locations in Marbella and it wasn’t open, I sent proof and “Juan” still tried to say it wasn’t true.

I paid for a test and I’ve been very little help every time I’ve messaged them they haven’t replied

The admin staff were welcoming

The admin staff were welcoming, communicative, and organised my appointment promptly. Test results were returned within 4 days, which I appreciated.

Regarding cost, there are several pricing tiers: a standard comfort check panel at €300 and a comprehensive panel at €500. I chose the standard option, which in hindsight may not have fully addressed my needs.

My main concern is with the follow-up structure. A GP consultation is included - but only if test results come back positive. Because my results were negative, I was not eligible for this follow-up, despite still experiencing unresolved symptoms and health anxiety. This left me without the clinical support I needed to reach a clear resolution.

For anyone with ongoing concerns, I would suggest considering whether the included GP follow-up policy meets your needs before booking, or asking whether an additional consultation can be arranged regardless of results.
