Absolute shambles of a business . I ordered good and delivery day was set for Wed 8th April . On Tues 7th April at 9.15 pm for an email to say my order had been delayed . On calling the next day , was told one lie after another / It was out of stock / it was now unavailable , yet it was still for sale on the website . Told someone would be in touch , and they weren’t , so had to call again. Not a great experience trying to communicate with the agents , miscommunication / language barrier . Eventually found out that it was 1 item out of stock , which finally was sorted on the 13th . You shouldn’t be advertising , taking money for products you don’t have , misleading and wrong
To make things worse , 2 years again you did exactly the same to us
**BUYERS BEWARE AS THIS IS NOT A COMPANY TO BE TRUSTED ** and their call centres are based out with the UK so you will have a nightmare sorting any problems out

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish
All items ordered were in stock and very reasonable in price. Our order was delivered in full a few days later and were extremely well packaged. The delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful bringing my whole order in for me.
The items are of great quality and we are so pleased with the finished look of our cloakroom now it’s finished
First class service with exceptional value we will definitely be using better bathrooms again when we remodel our main bathroom later this year

AVOID VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES
I bought a mirrored bathroom cabinet (over £600) and other items as part of a bathroom refurbishment last month and have been waiting for the bathroom fitter to come and start.
Obviously it took a few weeks for the bathroom to be completed and when he unboxed the mirror to fit it, he discovered the internal mirrors were both broken around the hinges.
I contacted Better Bathrooms who said I had purchased the cabinet 34 days ago and was no longer in the 30 rule for a refund or repalcement.
I then purchased the same mirror for £480 from Screwfix (SHOP AROUND there are CHEAPER SITES) and when it arrived was also broken in the same place.
SCREWFIX offered a full refund and no hassle.

Always a first time
Not sure what has gone wrong this time but suppose there’s always a first. Primarily the order was dispatched for next day delivery, but lack of communication between vendor and courier, 4/5 days later the item still hasn’t been delivered. Was finally told on day 3, due to the bank holidays deliveries will resume on Tuesday. I live in hope of confirmation.
