Very odd experience
Very odd experience, not sure why they took my property on.
When raising my concerns and ending the contract, I just received a response to confirm that contract would cease, no response to address the concerns at all.
No updates throughout the whole process and when I called for information, they were rude and very clearly inconvenienced.

Worstmove for me .
Worstmove for me .. My listing lasted 30 days which is the minimum, I had one viewing and one other viewing where no one turned up , I was then encouraged to reduce the price by £10k on an already very reasonable selling price , the existing net yield was 8% , so basically it was a waste of time , I am not giving the property away when it successfully rents out , so whilst some people say they have a positive experience mine was not , they claimed they had hundreds of investors lined up , perhaps they do but it seems they must only be interested in dirt cheap giveaways .
Only you can decide how low you want to go ..
