Very poor and would not recommend.
They will tell you that they only send you an offer if one of there list of investor's are interested in the property. I don’t believe they have a list as in just under two weeks we had 1 viewing which was a couple doing mass viewings on a specific day looking to move to the area, I know this as you will do your own viewings as well.
I then let bettermove know I was taking the 14 day cooling off period which if no face to face in person meeting has happened then you do not need a reason to cancel. I then got a document to sign for the 14 day cooling off period from bettermove which had things like, I’m not allowed to put negative reviews on or talk about anything from the two weeks I’d been with them. This made alarm bells ring but also confirm I was doing the right thing getting away from them.
As I didn’t have to sign this they kept sending reminders every day to sign and around 4 weeks after they was told about the cancellation they finally took the property down, this will be getting checked by a solicitor as I kept every message and email but the document they wanted me to sign says everything you need to know.

Shocking customer services
Contacted Saturday am regarding a viewing was told somebody would contact me back same day , further contact in the afternoon again advised somebody would contact me back , conte third time Sunday again advised somebody would contact me back .
If this is the way they are running a business god help us and the seller who has put there house in the market with them and paying a fee should get a reduction as they are not doing what’s they are payed to do .

They say they will sell your house fast, they say investors are waiting to buy it, it’s all a scam!!!
They just advertise your house at a reduced cost hoping someone will buy it, it’s put on Rightmove like every other agent. They never contacted us once about anything within the 30 day contract.
All they want to do is make 20% profit from you!!! Do yourself a favour and use a decent estate agent that’s local and reduce your price yourself
