I'm from India and I'm unable to place bet in bettilt from last 5days because there are some sportsbook issue in bettilt... after complaining it via wp and mail nobody resolved it so I'm reviewing here my username is ripondas

Been betting here since 2021 more or less, every time i get some kind of winnings above the deposits i made something comes out. (Pictures, bank statements, address issues). In the last days the site as been bugged alot (offline, random errors) Today i made a single bet with money i deposit yesterday, the odds were ove 1.8 (so not below the 1.3 rules they allways ask) and when i make the withdrawal i get a random error and to contact the staff. In the chat i get the answer that my account was automatically flagged for anti-fraud. The fraud is this site. Don't bet here, they will not pay you and one random day and you will be without your money.

I created my account 3 days back and i deposited total of 15000 INR, and i win big .. I placed 3 combo bets luckily i won them and i even lost few small bets and thn i in the end had 670k in my account . I was like now i should get a withdrawal. Early morning today i did a verification by submitting Aadhar card and within next 10 mins i got a mail my account is verified but thn i withdraw my funds and they literally rejected my withdrawal and asked for new verification things, send us deposit proofs and we have the right to block your funds and account and what note . Fake false rules. They saw i played well and win big and hence they did this to my account . I can open my account but can’t withdraw my money. I want my money back. Someone please help me here .

I have proof of my real account balance and feel this is very unfair. If I was underage, they should have blocked my account earlier — not wait until I won money.

Bettilt took my deposits, allowed me to gamble, and now refuses to pay the money I won. This is dishonest and abusive.

I request a full refund of my balance, not just the deposits. I'm attaching a screenshot of my account balance as proof.

It sure was a good site and even giving withdrawal and my KYC was also approved. Yesterday they rejected my withdrawal and Even demand for further documents and selfie for further KYC and i also provided them that. They said kyc will be approved within 24 hours and here i am , still not approved. I contacted their customer service and they said my submitted documents are verified and they just require a small verification by call. They said they will call me today between 1 pm -6pm but they didn't and i wasn't even away from my mobile for a second . Now they saying they will try to do call again at same time also .. they also mentioned that they called me but my mobile was busy. But it can't be . They never called me . Let's see if they make me verified and give withdrawal then i will do deposit of 30k instantly because there withdrawal speed sure was fast.

Joguei na Bettilt e sinceramente, pareceu tudo menos um jogo justo. Fiz um primeiro depósito de 150€ e consegui, com esse valor, subir até aos 600€. A partir daí, só perdi.

Depositei mais 150€ e perdi tudo logo nas primeiras apostas, sem qualquer lógica. Fiz então um terceiro depósito de 100€, cheguei aos 420€, e novamente perdi tudo — sempre em sequências estranhas e completamente improváveis.

No final, cheguei a assistir a 17 vermelhos seguidos no Bac Bo, o que é altamente improvável num jogo supostamente aleatório. Cada vez que eu dobrava a aposta no vermelho, saía azul. Quando mudava para azul, saía vermelho. Era como se o sistema estivesse a reagir diretamente às minhas apostas para me fazer perder — quase como se estivesse a jogar contra uma máquina que lê os meus movimentos.

No total perdi 450€, e saí com a sensação clara de que o jogo estava manipulado para o jogador perder quando mais importa. Isto não tem nada a ver com azar, tem a ver com controlo e manipulação.

Evitem jogar na Bettilt. Não é licenciada em Portugal, não há qualquer regulação, e os jogos não parecem ser auditados com imparcialidade. Senti-me completamente enganado, e partilho isto para alertar outras pessoas antes que percam dinheiro como eu perdi.

In one of my final sessions, I witnessed 17 reds in a row on Bac Bo — something statistically absurd. I kept doubling my bet on red, and every time, blue would hit. The moment I switched to blue, red would appear. It felt like the game was reacting to my bets in real time, like I was playing against a system designed to make me lose.

In total, I lost €450 and walked away convinced that the games are manipulated to drain your balance when it matters most. This had nothing to do with bad luck — it looked and felt like intentional control.

Avoid Bettilt at all costs. They’re not licensed in Portugal, there’s no real oversight, and their games do not seem to be independently audited. I feel completely scammed, and I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Bettilt - Conta limitada sem motivo claro – operação ilegal em Portugal

Registei-me na Bettilt sem saber que a plataforma não possui licença válida para operar em Portugal. Nem devia ter sido permitido o meu registo.

Após algumas apostas bem-sucedidas, a minha conta foi bruscamente limitada, impedindo-me de apostar valores normais (por vezes não mais do que 1€). Entrei em contacto com o suporte e a primeira explicação que recebi foi que “os traders estavam a limitar as apostas automaticamente”. Mais tarde, disseram-me que afinal a decisão era “irreversível” e tomada pelo “Departamento de Segurança e Anti-Fraude”. Duas justificações completamente diferentes e incoerentes.

Nunca me foi apresentada qualquer razão concreta ou relatório sobre supostas violações dos termos. A plataforma continua a aceitar utilizadores portugueses, a comunicar em português e a promover-se nas redes sociais, tudo sem autorização do regulador nacional (SRIJ).

Fica o aviso: esta casa de apostas opera ilegalmente e impõe limitações arbitrárias sem justificar.

I registered on Bettilt without knowing that the platform does not hold a valid license to operate in Portugal. I only discovered this after already having an active account and deposited funds.

After a few successful bets, my account was suddenly limited, preventing me from placing normal wagers (sometimes capped at as low as €1). I contacted support and was first told that “traders were automatically limiting the bets.” Later, I received a completely different answer, saying the decision was “irreversible” and taken by the “Security and Anti-Fraud Department.” Two contradictory explanations.

No concrete reason or report was ever shared to justify the restriction. Meanwhile, the platform continues to target Portuguese users, operates in Portuguese, and advertises on social media – all without authorization from the official national regulator (SRIJ).

Consider this a warning: Bettilt operates illegally and applies arbitrary restrictions without justification.

I'd like to say that all the comments below are crazy talk, my experience with these guys is great. I play online quite a lot and these guys helped me with all the issues I had ( Withdrawls , Verifications, you name it.) as a plus to this they have multiple live games and many different providers. Why don't you ban or blacklist such harmful and money swallowing sites like this?
They are currently promoting IPL quiz contest and not updating their scores. Later when we go to ask them about why you don't updated score then they talk very rudely.

If i have to rate this bettilt site then i would give zero, i was crazy bcz even after reading all the reviews on trust pilot, i have deposited 10000INR and i have made 43000, i haven't requested withdrawal yet still they have suspended my account by saying unfair play due to martingle strategy.
I even don't know what it is. I would not recommend anyone to play on this site. Cheap site and service. Looting people hard earned money.

Beware! Bettilt Blocked My Account Without Any Reason – Scam Alert!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Bettilt's unethical practices. My account (Gatun12Fc) was suddenly blocked without any valid reason right after I placed a ₹62,000 withdrawal request. This is nothing short of a scam, and I want to warn others before they fall into the same trap.

Illogical and Unjustified Account Ban
When I reached out to customer support, they gave a completely absurd and baseless explanation:

"Our system has detected an account match with a YouTube streamer. The parent account will be receiving a detailed mail."

This is completely false and makes no sense because my account was registered under Incognito mode, meaning:

✔️ No name
✔️ No KYC

So how can Bettilt possibly link my account to someone else? Clearly, they are making up fake excuses to deny legitimate withdrawals.

Bettilt is Unreliable and Untrustworthy
1️⃣ They accept deposits instantly but block accounts when you try to withdraw money.
2️⃣ Their support team is unresponsive and gives robotic, scripted replies.
3️⃣ There is zero transparency, and they refuse to provide proper proof or justification for their actions.

Final Warning – Avoid Bettilt at All Costs!
If you value your hard-earned money, STAY AWAY from Bettilt. There are many other betting platforms that are transparent and reliable. Bettilt is a scam site that looks for excuses to block winning accounts.

I demand an immediate resolution to my issue and my full withdrawal amount to be processed. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter through all possible legal and social channels.

They provide bonus and freebet for deposit if you wins then suspend the account by saying you are bonus hunter and abuser. Then why should they provide bonus or free bet. Don't we deposit and complete wagering requirement. One of the worst Bookmaker I have played with. If you are Winning bettor don't play with them.
