I had to wait over 2 hours for a winning bet to be paid i tried to contact the site but the only way to do this is through live chat which can take forever the help and support on this is crap the site layout is crap the site is very slow for a company claiming to be one of the big gambling sites it seriously needs to have a major overhaul to its website as it is not user friendly at all

Hoping for betway to solve my issue
Sir ,
I had made 2 transactions using my ANDHRA BANK account on 13-10-2020 in betway , there's no issue with the 2nd one but the first one got declined and the money is not yet credited to my account, I contacted my bank and they told me that my money has been transferred to the merchant site, It's been more than 14 days and Iam still waiting for my money, please look into it ASAP.
Please solve my issue as soon as possible

Betways response is rubbish as there…
Betways response is rubbish as there were no mitigating factors in withdrawing the sports book bonus from my account apart from me winning from them! They did not respond to e mails and I can prove this if need be.
There are loads of posts on Trust Pilot regarding the same issue so it must be rife.
No other book maker treats there clients so badly.
Great site with fantastic offers but no class..
