Poor workmanship by unlicensed plumbers. They fix the drywall but I still have plumbing problems. Converted tub to shower has been a nightmare. It still leaks from the ceiling and trickles down to my kitchen. My ceiling will need to be replaced again.

I purchased a watch band and then wrote to their “customer service” and they completely ignored me. Then I received the watch band which was not even close to the same color pictured on their website. Watch strap was meh. I asked for instructions on how to return and Ive been completely ignored once again. 6 emails, no responses and read receipts to prove they do read the emails but they refuse to respond. Now I’m going to file a chargeback. This is 2024 and customer service like this is old, unacceptable, and it lost them a customer. I don’t understand how they could find such a simple response to difficult and it makes me wonder if they realize how much this hurts their brand!

Great Product / Absolutely poor customer service..

they just don't respond to emails or for that matter to any form of correspondence. it gets frustrating..ensure u have all communication prior to paying for the product..If u make the payments upfront..rest assured no communications will be entertained..

having said that I like what I see. I believe they make god stuff..I have something on order..but I'm super frustrated with ZERO response and that has prompted me to write this review even before I have received my product..ill re visit this again!

I received my order and I'm beyond happy with my purchase..so to be fair Im updating this review..however, as I have said their passion is to build leather good and that shows, Also remember communication is not their passion, and that shows as well!!!

Avoid, ok products. Overpriced. Only buy if discounts are offered!
Don’t bother with any special requests, they will be ignored. I asked for the leather belt to not be embossed. This was ignored. The website shows stocks but it took 2-3 weeks to be despatched from Bexar. I can only assume they were making my stuff. Also very slow postage with USPS. Be prepared to wait 1-2 months for your order. Zero after service. They ignored 3 of my emails. If you email prior to ordering, they will reply because they want your money. Once they have your money, they couldn’t give a damn.

Purchased a few items from the site based in Texas. The products arrive reasonably quick and are of good quality.

I contacted them in regards two issues I had:

1 t-shirt arrived was not white as advertised but cream.
The fit varies per t-shirt as they use different American apparel fits/styles but do not highlight this.
As I live internationally in the U.K., exchanging these is not as straight forward as it could be.

I received no reply to my email not even any recognition of my message and have attempted to chase it with to no avail.
For this, they have lost my custom and any one I know.
