Takes ages for customer service to respond. I have a faulty clock and just wanted a replacement. After rounds of videos and proving that the unit was broken on arrival, I was finally offered a replacement but guess what? poof and they are gone again. I have never encountered such frustrating customer services at all. For anyone struggling to contact them via email, I totally feel you and I only manage to get attention via the contact form, which then they will give a bunch of excuses for not responding my earlier direct emails. It's really a shame because the clock is actually quite nice.
