We’ve checked your order, and the item is listed as available to order, meaning it isn’t held in our stock and is ordered in specifically upon request. Because of this, delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on supplier availability.

Our £8.49 delivery charge is a flat rate applied to all orders, and this is clearly shown at checkout.

We’re sorry to hear there was some confusion around delivery charges, and we understand how frustrating that can feel. As discussed when we spoke, free delivery is available on orders that meet a qualifying order value. Unfortunately, in this case, the order total fell below that threshold, which is why a delivery charge was applied.

We want to be clear that delivery costs are never hidden. Our checkout process provides multiple opportunities to review delivery charges before payment is made and the order is confirmed. That said, your feedback has been taken on board, and we’re actively reviewing our messaging to ensure it’s as clear and transparent as possible from the outset.
