Shane and Dan arrived on time with no problem

Corby Shop were excellent from the time we booked online to the phone call confirming when the driver would pick up the goods to Shane and Dan collecting the item all operations were carried out efficiently and quietly particulary as the goods were picked up at 8.30am

I had an item to be uplifted. This was collected by Shane and Dan who were there less than 24 hours after my phone call to BHF.
Everyone, from the person who took the call, to the two drivers who collected the goods were really helpful and courteous.

Arranged for a collection of unwanted items to be taken to the Corby branch. Shane and his co-worker were excellent in all respects.

I called to ask for help, advice and a specific quote and the operator spoke over the top of me, told me just go to their website (which offers quotes ranging from $112 - $300) and said 'Oh my god' when I asked him to listen to what I was asking him. Very unimpressed and now will simply take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic service!! Picked up my item on time and delivered it interstate to my door very quickly and for a great price. It was a large delicate item and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you so much team at Bhf.

Bought two items yesterday from BHF Corby, delivered today as arranged. I would like to thank Shane and his mate for being polite and courteous.

If you want to book an express service that takes one week; be told incorrect delivery dates/times so that you arrange to be off work and available for delivery only for it not to show up, be charged additional costs for things that are ultimately due to company administrative mismanagement, have refunds rescinded if you write a bad review, and be shouted at by company management...........then look no further..........BHF is the courier company you've been looking for.

BHF phoned just before collecting my unwanted items. The 2 drivers were polite and efficient about transferring everything to their van. BHF always write to me with an indication of how much money my unwanted items raised in their shops. I wouldn`t use any other organisation for this service.
