Unprofessional rude pressures clients to sign a settlement, which is unfair. Well, the lawyer gets more than the client drop you like a bad habit to respond.

Just laughing, only cares about the percentage that they’re gonna get from the loss settlement. You don’t care about what kind of settlement money the person they represent Neighbor. They only want their funds and that’s all they care about settlement which is unfair. Leave them in person with next to nothing while they collect more money, then the person should receive please go somewhere else. Do not use this lot, unprofessional and greedy thieves. Is what they are. Firm should be called the LIE BROTHERS

An office of incompetence

First, this office of incompetence told my sister she was getting a million dollar settlement. Then they changed it to $750K. They are so incompetent that now it is coming in at $300K and they dragged it out so their fee could go from 30% to 40%, without making it clear that the upcharge would occur. I would recommend finding anyone else. For a dozen or so hours of work, these useless attorneys are going to award themselves with $120K. So, this collection of fools think they are worth $50k per hours of money that should be going to someone who was injured in an accident and then injured more from letting these 'attorneys' take her case.

I’ve only been with this company for 3…

I’ve only been with this company for 3 months and they’re extremely hard to work with. Poor managers who seemed to be sticking up for the defendant. I had to advise her (Genesis) of angles and she would argue with me, although never heard of the angle I suggested. Very sad. I really hope these people don’t screw me more. This sucks!

My experience with The Lalezary Law…

My experience with The Lalezary Law Office, also known as The Law Brothers, has been incredibly disappointing. I chose this firm to represent me, trusting that they would take my case seriously, get me the proper medical treatment and justice I deserved, and communicate with me regularly. Instead, I’ve experienced poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and a complete lack of transparency about what’s causing these inexcusable delays.

Every time I reached out for updates, I was given vague responses by non-attorney staff and left to feel as if I was just being strung along with no clear resolution in sight. I’ve consulted with other attorneys who informed me that my case should have been resolved around a year ago. Yet, The Law Brothers keep finding reasons to delay, making it clear they are more focused on their own interests than on acting in their clients' best interests.

If you want a firm that values communication, timeliness, and professionalism, I would recommend looking elsewhere. My experience, along with many others, has shown that they do not meet those standards and have left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. Their only concern is about their payment (which they intentionally stall out cases to qualify for their 40% fees). Very disappointing!

This firm is nothing but lies

I really wish I could make up the negativity I am posting in this review but I can't. I am a street minister doing outreach in the homeless communities in Sacramento through my Blue Jew Ministries / Blue Jew Hope TLC one man operation. I am self funded and spend every dollar supporting those less fortunate being failed by our local and state government. I got hit by a suv right before Xmas walking woman back to our safe space site from a local outreach site. The driver took total responsibility and Allstate as well, the Sac PD also determined the driver was at fault. I discovered a day or two later the City of Sacramento was mostly to blame due to improper intersection design and made it clear to my case "manager" who ordered a report and determined yes there were patterns prior with accidents like mine.
I determined Allstate had a 50k policy limit and told them to make me an offer and I would either take it or turn it over to lawyers to seek the 50k limit as I was busy working to help my community and could not focus on this case and was not in a hurry to settle it,they made a 1k offer and I rejected and called the Law Brothers. I made it clear that I wanted a local firm which they said they were over and over. Alma came and had me sign contracts and said my "lawyers" would be in contact in a few days. I again told her I only wanted a local firm which she said they were.
No lawyers contacted me, a document processer contacted me and I provided everything they needed.
I received a call from the firm telling me they really would not be pursuing the City because it takes years and money and I told them I really wanted the City to address it so nobody git hurt again and isnt this the "we dont get paid unless we win" message they advertise and the driver side really wasn't a lose or win case and I handled it mostly prior to hiring them.
I got frustrated with the lack of responses and progress and called and asked what happens if I fired them prior to dispursement which they said I would be liable for their costs, I asked for them to send me their costs which time and time did not happeni finally fired them and told them to return any funds from Allstate and it appeared they did as intructed after debate about my trauma and didn't I wantto get paid which I said they caused me much more trauma than the accident did and I was done.
Sean called me and I listened but never rehired them after all his sales speach was just trying to try to convince me that the City would take too long.
Weeks and weeks go by, messages and messages and phone calls never returned.
I suddenly got a check from Allstate made out to me and their firm. A day later an annoying "office manager" called to congratulate me they got a check which I replied so did I. This fraudster firm actually continued after being fired and called to have my check cancelled and had a check issuedto them.
Weeks go by I am beyond pissed. I am told I have liens which I did not, I had to wait for Medical to respond which I told them I had Sutter , they needed a demand from my Primary which I said "why"? He was paid and had nothing to do with my accident. I needed to see these bills.
I get a form to sign giving me 15k and some change and them keeping $20k plus about $815 in costs showing me no lawyers hours were billed to my case and they had no right to the 20k.
We were in a heat wave and I needes to feed and house homeless vets, woman, pets and locals so I signed for the 15k knowing it was fraud and I would pursue later. They still take a week to get me the check drawn on an out of state bank making me go to a check cashing place costing me $1500 to cash so I could help my community asap.
I have requested the bills they said they paid, copies of my files, answers to my questions time and time with no answer and simply being ignored.
They are actually located in Beverly Hills, they are falsely advertising and I believe committing fraud at least in my case for sure
So here I am a minister now again myself homeless, with a foot close to amputatation due to no vehicle, my 20k held by these false advocates and their never ending ads in my emails, on my phone, on my tv and it's simply evil at it's most public view and practice.
Be warned, this is simply a symptom of what lawyers are doing to CA, our youth, our businesses and the decay in our society.

Car accident which was the other…

Car accident which was the other parties fault. Police report showing other persons fault. They rushed me thru the medical and physical therapy. Everytime I call there’s an excuse of them negotiating but when I call the providers they’ve already been paid by MY insurance. This is a joke

Straightforward accident skewed settlement

Straightforward accident. The other driver 100% at fault. I was already disabled from a heart condition. Other driver carried minimum required insurance. I had liability only. The Law brothers recommended the chiropractic which helped, but said there was not enough medical coverage for brain injury which really concerned me far more.

Total insurance coverage $15,000 saw one doctor. The chiro closed my final bill at $6000 over 2months ago and told me that they had not heard from The Law Brothers since submitting bill to them.

The Law brothers has not paid me my minor share of the settlement. When I've inquired they the old ne they were actively negotiating the cost of chiropractic down to give me a larger amount of money.

This is directly disputed by the chiropractor who says they have not heard one word from them.

Like most people I have never been involved in a personal injury lawsuit however, others who have reviewed my claim as a courtesy have told me the attorney's contracted split of proceeds was unusually high, that I would have received the full amount directly with no attorney representation, that there is no record of my actual acceptance of the settlement, that I was not informed of any option other than to accept that settlement amount, that I never spoke with the attorneys due to only the case manager are all clear examples of improper practice procedures, if not actual misrepresentation.

I'm frustrated and feel taken advantage of. It's a tough pill to swallow that I would have received more money and quicker had I submitted a claim myself than using Law brothers.

They probably provide a service if a case is litigated, that was never an option precedented to me, but if the coverage is minimal and the claim is a "slam dunk" there is really no service they provide and the fost is exorbitant.

Work slow

Work slow. Have you talking to different case managers. From Andrea, Rodrigo, to Stephanie. Ana and Luz. Just terrible. They start by assuring you everything then once you sign it’s a whole different story. Look else where.

Call The Law Brothers! You'll Be Happy You Did!

I encountered the Law Brothers following a bicycle to automobile collision. Right away, I had the sense that they were going to take of me, and throughout the process, they didn't disappoint. In fact, I would characterize them as compassionate, thorough, communicative, professional, and strong.

Words alone cannot begin to express the immense gratitude I have for my case manager, Helen, who was my primary point of contact throughout this. A consummate professional dedicated to her craft and her clients, Helen took the time and energy to reassure me as well as to advocate for me. A warm personality, she surely deserves a promotion, and I would highly recommend her, the rest of her team, and the Law Brothers to anyone!

I had a car accident in October 2018…

I had a car accident in October 2018 that took my life, I was working to lift at the moment. I sought out a law firm to defend my interests and hired the lalezary law firm. unfortunately my choice was wrong, this office spent more than a year to resolve my case, and came up with a proposal that would only be advantageous for them I would still have to pay for the medical expenses of my treatment. they use the client's processes to take advantage and receive their percentage without worrying whether the client will receive their right. they ruined my life. they are a real fraud

I had the pleasure of being represented…

I had the pleasure of being represented by a pretty good law firm in terms of responsiveness and quick settlement. What really tainted the firm are how us clients become surprising targets for lower settlement at the end. As I began reading many of the reviews I myself experience somewhat of a shafted settlement. I haven't filed a personal injury lawsuit before, so do not know all the ropes, but from this experience I will take it as a positive. My case initiated on Feb. 2018 and completed on Sept.2018, I received my final settlement letter with a significantly lower than expected result. I know owning a business you have Bill's to pay, however this firm would have received 5 stars from me if they can be more honest with my final settlement at the beginning. From a 26K settlement, I would have received only around 8K, after deducting medical expense and lawyer's cut/fees. My case was straight forward nothing to complex or complicated, it was really a book case that should not have cost the firm much to represent me. All in all we settled fairly on my final settlement, maybe not the least or not the highest, but fair to both parties. Also for a firm located in a higher end neighborhood, you would think the process of sending out settlement checks to there clients would be seamless. They proclaimed my check was sent out, but I never received, until i had to go in physically to pick it up myself, which was a bit of a inconvenience. Suggestions, please send out large checks through certified mail and or FedEx overnight priority as such, not regular standard mail. Thanks anyway for taking on my case and settling it in a timely fashion with results!

Great company

Great company. Gave me a lot of attention while going through my medical treatment process - very nice people that work in the office and the attorneys always kept me updated.

Thank you
