Easy to use claim form filled out online you also can add your picture of your receipts here too.
The only thing you could improve on is when the claim has been authorised is to send the customer the letter of when they will paid the money on the same day not the day after.
Otherwise no complaints you provide a really good service and I have recommended you to many colleagues.

No fuss, called to confirm i was entitled to claim and when the policy reset. Then claimed online which was quick and easy.

I had trouble doing my claim online so called helpdesk. Spoke to a professional, polite advisor Neil Ryder.
He explained exactly what the issue was. Neil advised due to an update on my policy I had to email the details. Due to my circumstance he emailed me everything I needed. Which I received immediately. I could then continue with my claim manually. Excellent stress free simple service.
