*CL-IX-OT* support was amazing! They were super helpful in sorting out my £8,500, frozen fund issue, and that was expected

Scammers and scammers! They blocked my withdrawal and aren't responding. You can't withdraw as soon as you're profitable, but as long as you're losing, everything's fine. Don't deposit your money there under any circumstances!

The app continuously has issues, can't verify phone number,sent them Id never received confirmation back if verified or not.I only deposited 100usdt to trial it but after reading reviews I decided not to proper invest
The deposit got transferred to my proper platform I use but maybe because was only a small amount

Fake and cheater exchange. They allow you to deposit and block your withdrawals and trading if you start earning profit. Their so called risk control team comes in the picture and freeze your account.

Request to all to pls stay away from them and file a legal complaint against the exchange.

🚨 Warning! Biconomy has stolen all my money (about 2,000 USD)!
I did nothing wrong—just basic trading: bought crypto low, sold high (isn’t that the whole point?).
But then their so‑called “risk control” kicked in, freezing my account for “unusual activity.” They give you two insane choices:
1) Accept they will take whatever amount they decide were your “suspicious profits” (with no way to know how much in advance), or
2) Keep your account frozen forever, with no support or appeal.
Basically, you’re forced to sign them a blank check. This is theft, plain and simple. Stay away from Biconomy—they are scammers!

I'm currently dealing with a locked account with what was $24,000 on my verified exchange . I own 4.5 million ETN as I been holding 1.5 million in my wtn wallet since 2018. And I feel it may come back but due to me inly being able to trade it on a dex or only cex is Biconomy exchange but I was cautious as the daily volume was only 1-4k wjen i started buying it and due to such low volume then liquidity was low so I had to buy eith small limit orders cause I'm not going to pay 40% more for it buying 1 grand at once on market with such low ask volume. Also they then started artificially bringing daily volume of around 220k to etn the volume chart is flat as a table. On price action there would at times be a down spike and up spike just like my lunc does on kraken due to a low liquidity market buy or sell from someone. I'd place some sell orders up enough that it allows being it says has to be within 150% . Because I nailed a .0008 buy when price was averaging .0013 and a big sell order came in and I bought some on down spike. They are calling me a illegal trader and whatever other bs from this. NO IM SIMPLY TRADING. ITS CALLED TRADING !! Artificially inflating your volume is the scammy measure from you guys. My account been locked for 6 days. Says I triggered risk control. They won't respond on online customer support they keep saying same automated message. I should jot have to contact fbi ,sec, ftc over this matter. If they are so broke that they are trying to steal my funds that's a big problem . I want this remedied asap I already had my crypto go down $7,000 cause I couldn't sell any . I'm not trying to sue for losses I just want what I have back asap.

Bitconomy froze my account and deleted all my funds. I talk to customer support and they were unwilling to even listen to my problem. Zero communication on why or how my funds were deleted. Horrible exchange and criminal intentions. I have brought my situation to the FBI cyber crimes and they are looking into them as we speak

Goos Exchange low fees . fast transaction.

This site is a complete and utter scam - they refuse to return my initial desposit and have the gaul to ask me to invest the original amount to retrive my money. They make up a continue stream of excuses as to why they can't return my investment. This site will rob you blind. Do not ever, ever use this plateform.

Please help. I think these reviews are fake. These people dont respond and i think they are trying theft my crypto. Here is the sequence of events: I deposited crypto, verified when I link the number it sends otp. It then manipulates the data i gave and removed the "0" from my phone number creating an incomplete phone number that wont receive an OTP thats different from the one that successfully linked. I can no longer can withdraw move my money as it now demans the phone OTP . I cant even Disable/change the phone number as it asks you for an otp from the wrong number wrong number their website creates. After attempting to get in it then blacklists me, Log me outs. Says i cant get in because sms is blacklisted even when use email log in method. These people have stolen my crypto currency and wont respond anywhere. This site has to be s cam and im contacting verious parties to attempt to hold them accountable and looking at law enforcement option in my country. They cant just take my crypto and create elobarate errors to force out of my account for good. They comically write contact us: everywhere only for you to talk to yourself.They do. t respond to any messages.

Here is my experience with Biconomy:

* Today I realized that my withdrawal function has been disabled
* Support claims I used software for "illegal transactions" and "illegal profit" generation (which is completely false - I've never used any trading bots or automated software)
* They state they need up to 5 business days for investigation
* While blocking withdrawals, they continue to allow deposits to my account

Their support team also sent me the following message:

"We can allow you to withdraw the main body of the deposit without the main profit and illegal profit.

In case of repeated activity, your account will be banned from our exchange, and your data will be transferred to the tax authorities of your country for taking measures to prevent fraudulent activities.

If there is negative information on social networks and information discrediting the exchange related to this situation, the exchange intends to initiate legal proceedings against you for libel and false information discrediting the name of the company.

Thank you for your understanding and we will be glad to see you among our conscientious users!"

This situation is particularly concerning because:
* The accusations are false
* Their policy seems inconsistent (allowing deposits while blocking withdrawals)
* They're threatening legal action for sharing my experience
* I urgently need access to these funds for pending payments

I find their attitude unfair, hypocrytical, and evil.
