Horrible costumer service
After buying for 2 years with them, they sent me different razors. I emailed them three times about that, and when they answered, that the one I used to get where the old razors (?) and the new ones are not compatible with my handle (what?), that they refund within 14 days (and now it has been over a month) and that the package has not to be opened (which it is not the case, because I had to open it to realize that they were the wrong ones).
Horrible customer service. Beware!

Testing Cancellation.
Wait till you try and cancel on line - whew!
Find the instructions and then try to follow them. Welcome to the labyrinth that wears you down so that you give up with the intention of going back to it, and then forget.
When you eventually find out how to do it, it sounds so easy, just 2 clicks away. The cancellation option is also nowhere near the ‘change frequency’ or ‘pause subscription’ option which is clearly designed to make cancellation more difficult.
I’d give the product 3 stars but their convoluted cancellation procedure cost them 2 of those stars.
