The delivered business cards had…Defective production normalized, no solution offered
The delivered business cards had serious cutting defects. The edges were damaged with visible peeling and deformation, and this issue was consistent across an entire batch, not just a few items.
Despite providing clear photos, the company stated that this was “normal for mass production” and that even a reprint would result in the same outcome. In other words, an obvious production defect was normalized and no solution was offered.
There was clearly no proper quality control. A company that treats defective products as acceptable and avoids responsibility should not be considered professional.
