Since we started using BidPrime, we've increased the number of RFPs we respond to in our commercial décor business. The platform has helped us gain great growth, and in the past two years, we've been awarded projects in several new cities—an exciting step forward for our company.

Jared, our account representative, has been excellent. He regularly checks in, walks us through new features, and checks on our keyword tracking is effective. The support has been outstanding. I highly recommend BidPrime to any business looking to grow through public sector opportunities!

BidPrime is THE best subscription service I use for leads from City, State, and Federal bid opportunities. Excellent, excellent service! They are usually the first to identify and notify me of the project.

The service was of no use to us.
They auto renew on your credit card without authorization. They emailed an employee in my company who has no authority to purchase anything, he was added as a user. My card was charged without my approval and they will not refund. Lesson learned do not give your card for anything. I have lost my card and it’s been replaced so once they have your cc you’re going to be billed. No relief from bid prime or AMEX. Makes you wonder about those relationships.

Updates are timely and informative based on our benchmarks.

I am of the opinion that BidPrime's solutions and support are superior in comparison to their competitors or other platforms. BidPrime exerts considerable effort to provide exceptional service and obtain the necessary documentation and data for our team to quickly qualify leads, thereby avoiding any unnecessary delays.

The BidPrime representatives are always helpful and prompt with their answers.

BidPrime gets the leads that no one else does and their website interface is excellent. Highly recommend!

Very fast response when I requested the RFP documents. Bid Prime is very very quick to answer any question that I may have!

Irreproachable support from account manager (Rick) is PROACTIVELY checks on account regularly.

He was instrumental in setting up the first draft filters and improving them.

Only improvement needed to get to 5 stars are not regarding the support we get from Rick but rather the quality of the database and search engine. Here are examples of improvements which would be highly benefitical:
- There are frequently duplicated bid opportunities because folks handling the data entry are not consistent. It would also be extremely helpful if folks document the bid opportunities used AI such as ChatGPT to create a consist and factual summary of the bid opportunities
- We occasionally (rarely, but not never...) miss opportunities because they were not tracked in BidPrime and/or tracked too late (e.g. 3 weeks after the opportunity was released, leaving less than a week to place a bid response) and/or because the keywords were not documented correctly
- We get a lot of false positive because the keyword filters are sometimes too broadly used.

BidPrime has been an asset to our company. They provide with up to date and current RFP's with all details and contact information. We have gained business from partnering with BidPrime. We highly recommend them.

They seem to have a very effective search feature that provides us the RFQs containing the items we are looking to quote.

This is the first service that has yielded me so many opportunities. We have found so many bid opportunities that it has paid for itself. I recommend BidPrime. The customer service is fantastic, and the product itself delivers. Take the next step up. We work in a specific industry and have tried a few different bid services, and this is the only service that has presented so many opportunities for us to get additional work. If you want to grow, get the trial work with the agent to get you great search results, and start bidding!

This service is very helpful and inexpensive compared to others I have used in the past! I highly recommend it to anyone that responds to open bids.

I love getting the emails everyday with potential RFPs. We are finding that Bid Prime has all of the RFPs that we find everywhere else.

The sales rep worked with us to ensure not only did we get the right package, but also walked us through customization and followed up promptly.
