After much research I decided to purchase a bi-fold door roof lantern and sliding a door for my property from Bifold Door Factory I can’t recommend them enough these were fitted the start of last year and the whole process was seem less from ordering to installation. I even had one of the blinds fail towards the end of the year and Bi fold Door Factory had the whole unit replaced within weeks. Great product and service.

Jerry and Happy did an excellent job of installing my Cortizo sliding doors.
They arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed the job to a high standard going above and beyond to make sure some of the issues caused by the builder were not a blocker to the install.

Do not buy structurally bonded sliding doors from this company. The quality of the door and glass is poorly manufactured. From the start of receiving the door and glass, the glass supplied had mist/condensation inside the double panes. Requested a replacement glass door and the same thing happened. They reported they will send a third replacement and each time they kept pushing that they are still waiting for it. I have since emailed again for an update but have not heard back from them. Therefore, I will not recommend this company. It seems that there is no quality check done on the final product before sending it out to customers. I am now left with a defected structurally bonded sliding patio door. AVOID this company.

The company reached out to me after posting the review and they will do what they can to resolve the problem. Therefore, cannot fault their customer service. They have also kept me up to date with the progress. I will follow up with a further review afterwards. I have adjusted my rating to a 3 to account for their follow up since. Thank you.

Am still waiting for the replacement. It seems company cannot source the glass. They are a window and door company, is this possible? Have asked for updates and they have not replied. They will ask you to remove your negative review quickly in the beginning when first posted. But when you ask for installation replacement date, it is taking them a long time, I have heard nothing, therefore still waiting for them to fix the problem.

Update Dec 2025
In October was asked to go into factory to inspect doors and glass. Noticed there was a small chip and they said they would sort it out. Advised that once it was sorted will get someone to install. Waited again for a month or so, so I emailed with no reply. Then suddenly out of the blue I get an email asking if I was available on the day for an install. As I waited for so long I couldn't pass up this opportunity. So at last the doors are in after waiting for for approx 2 and half years. Therefore, the company will sort out the problem.

I bought bifold doors from these guys 11 years ago. They have been fabulous. I had a recent query and Anu and everyone has been so responsive and brilliant. I would highly recommend them. Such a brilliant experience

Jarnail & Gabriel were amazing. Fantastic service and they made the installation process smooth. We had an issue with the space (caused by third party builders) but they helped to fix the issue and install the doors even though they had to stay late to finish. We love the doors! Strongly recommend!

Sam has been fantastic from start to finish always answered my calls and queries straight away had good communication throughout the process on my job, yes a few things went wrong and delayed but that is life, as soon as i rang i got prompt responses and resolutions, the team on site Jarnail and Harpreet were very polite, treated my house like it was their own, respectful, cleaned the installation to perfection and left site as they found it, they were good fun to have around and got on very well with my builders who spoke very highly of them and both learnt alot off one another! Really happy with the service and final product of two flat rooflights, 5m bifolds, and 4m roof lantern woth electrical opener!! Fantastic and looks great!! Thanks to you all!

The product is gorgeous - so happy with how it looks, but you can see that on multiple photos available on the website. What you can't see is how great the client service and communication is - timely emails, follow up phone calls, proper scheduling and reliability. Everything was very smooth and professional, from the tour of the factory by Sam, to ordering, lead time (which was shorter than quoted), payment ( to Anu who was really friendly despite having to track us down on holiday for our pre-installation payment) and installation.
