Really pleased with our new windows, doors and lantern. The materials are great quality. A big thanks to Jelly and installation team who worked hard and did a great job of fitting. It now looks great.

Have just had sliding door fitted by the amazing team of Jelly and Vitali. Thoroughly professional throughout and amazing respectful and friendly. They also worked really well with the other contractors and over the 2 day fit there was not a single problem. The highlight was a final day sharing of Jelly’s delicious lunch. Really have nothing but the highest of praise for the whole team including the back room staff who provided quotes and surveys exactly when they said they would. Very highly recommended for what big financial investment. You’ll be in safe hands.

We ordered sliding doors from BFDF. In terms of installation, Jelly and his team seem to have done an excellent job. They were certainly efficient and courteous.

Bifold door factory are the company to use. I had multiple quotes on bi fold doors - BFDF came in at the most competitive price like for like, and most importantly were a pleasure to work with. No pushy sales, Dean was informative, supportive and most importantly he’s just a nice guy that wants to understand and meet your needs, rather than a pushy salesman trying to just get you to sign and pay the deposit immediately.
We had J Singh attend for the install. Again a credit to the company, he called prior to attendance, was on time and worked without break until the job was completed. He actively and positively engaged our builder and floor tiler and worked as part of the wider team effortlessly to ensure the final finish was to everyone’s satisfaction.
He assured me that he will attend himself if there’s any future questions/issues. All very reassuring.

An excellent installation and service by Jelly and Vitali. Their professionalism and dedication to completing our job to a high standard is evident by the high quality fit of our bi-fold doors and windows. Jelly worked well with our onsite builder to overcome a difficult installation. The results of which we are extremely satisfied with, the attention to detail and high standard of fit is clear to see by the end result achieved by Jelly.
Throughout the fit Jelly kept us well informed and offered us advice and demonstrations on the opening añd closing of the bi-fold doors.

Great experience all round. Dean and his colleagues were very efficient with the order of our bifold door and the following site survey.
The products were also well priced and faster delivery than other companies I had quotes from.

Jelly had been a joy to interact. He is very customer centric and dedicated to his job. He came with another colleague to complete the job which required fitting an internal and an external bifold door. The external door opened outwards on the patio, but the internal one opened into the conservatory which was same level as the rest of the house. I was very worried on the internal door as the floor level had to be same inside and out. He made my mind to peace and explained me the process. He added layers for damp protection and insulation and made the internal door level as desired/specified. Very happy with the internal door fitting which was my biggest worry.
Regarding the external door, my builder is still to verify the level (will write separate review about it), but the fitting job by Jelly was no different then the internal door. finished with perfection.

We have had a fantastic experience with the Bifold Door Factory. Sam went above and beyond to communicate well and did not falisfy the expected install date (unlike other companies). Jelly installed the windows to a very high standard, staying late onsite to make sure the job was done perfectly. His communication was excellent from the offset. He contacted me to let me know every step of the installation and then took time after his working day was done to make sure we knew how to use the doors and take care of them correctly. Nothing was too much trouble. The aftercare has been fantastic with Jelly available to answer any questions. A truly great job was done here!

The bifold factory door company are absolutely brilliant !!! I’m a property developer and I can say from experience that they provide a first class serviced especially Sam and Jelly. When ever any issues were reported, Sam communicate straight away and Jelly would appear very soon afterwards and fix any issues with the doors.
The bifolds I had installed are excellent!! The after care service is excellent, I have 15 years experience working with tradesman and I can say that they are first class

We have just had our installation today of our new Schuco doors from Bifold Door Factory.
We are extremely impressed with the service received from Jelly and his colleague. The day started with a call to give us a time to expect them. Jelly then talked us through the installation process in great detail. I started to clear our site as we still had some building materials and tools lying around, however Jelly insisted on doing this himself. It's so nice to get a tradesman who very clearly respects and wants to do all he can for his customer.
I have 2 fairly nervous dogs and having works done in the house can be very unsettling for them. Jelly made us feel so at ease that we felt more than comfortable to leave him to get on with the job whilst we took them out for a bit to get away from the works.
The finished product is amazing! Jelly removed all his own waste material and left a clean and tidy site. Full inspections and instructions on how to use the doors were also covered at the end of the job. It's very clear that Jelly is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Being in the building trade ourselves we can see that he must be a tremendous asset to the Bifold Door Factory. It's really hard to find a good, honest and customer friendly tradesman like Jelly.
We couldn't fault our experience with this company. Dean took our initial enquiry and helped with suggestions from the very beginning. Sam was more than happy to show us the products when we visited and he gave us a walk around of the factory which was great to see. Even the surveyor was excellent and gave us advice which we're pleased he did as we changed our initial design. Service and communication has been first class since day one!

I recently purchased 5 panel bifolds with bifold factory. Staff were very helpful in explaining the options with very useful advice. He stuck to his promise of delivering within 5 weeks especially in the current climate with material shortage.
