On top of all that excellence, Bifties customer service is impeccable.

I had such a wonderful experience with Bifties. The gift needed for a speaker needed to be received by a certain date and time, and I was late in ordering it HOWEVER they worked it out!

The item I initially wanted was out of stock but I was offered an email notification to inform me when the item was in stock again. Once the Item was in stock I was notified. When placing the order, I emailed Customer Service with a question and received a response within 24 hours. Quicker than I expected. I placed my order and the item was at my house before I had a chance to track the item and wonder when it would be received. The service and item ordered were great.

We loved our experience with Bifties! I ordered 15 boxes for a corporate event and I cannot say how pleased I am. The boxes were shipped quickly and the number of compliments I received on the "boxing" alone was worth the purchase. Each of our panelists were excited to receive a box filled with the incredible goodies and others have asked for Bifties' website for their own future gifting. Further, the founder and CEO Constance reached out to ensure that we received the order in a timely fashion, since we ordered with not a lot of room to spare. I bought a Bifties box for my aunt for Christmas and she loved it! I loved the customer service experience. I received prompt communication from the customer service team about the need to switch a product I chose. The delivery was also prompt given that I ordered the gift a little more than a week from Christmas. I highly recommend Bifties to anyone!

First, I want to say I purposely seek out Black owned Businesses. So, I was grateful a friend of mine gave me a gift card to this business. However, I think there is room for improvement regarding inventory, merchandise selection. The items I wanted were out of stock and it took about 2 months for me to finally select something. I also think the shipping fees are excessive. But I wish them well in their growth.
