Scam! Deposited and still cant cashout!!!

Well first i tried to deposit $30 it somehow changed it and took $100 instead! And now i cant even get a portion of the money back and why is that? Because my cashout has still not been sent to me yet! After jumping through all the hoops, the excuse they say now is that cashout is not possible with interac for the time being! I looked on the interac website and there are no outages right now so they are clearly lieing. My only other option is to withdraw with bank transfer which has a $25 fee! Im so disappointed with big5casino! Its very unfortunate too, because i was kinda liking it at first because i actually beat the playthrough on the no deposit bonus you can start with! I thought that was really cool but its more like a scam when you cant get your money even after you make an initial deposit like there terms and conditions do mention.

And the worst part about this website is the live chat\support. I tell them my issue and instead of offering a possible solution, they say things like, "we are so sorry that this has happened to you! Better luck next time! Its not lick when your scamming people out of there hard earned money!
