Stumbled on this company when looking to buy the firecuda 530. I was hesitant at first as it said only 9 left in stock (stock everywhere has been crazy) and that the company was based in the US. I decided to take the gamble and go for it. Phillis was great from even before I ordered and her communication with me help me decide to order from them. The order reached the UK within 2 days which I found incredible and I was able to track the item from start to finish. I paid priority for international shipping which was quite a bit of money but I wanted a nice swift service, unfortunately in the UK I didn’t receive the same quality in service that took place in the States and it took twice as long to receive it once it landed in the UK whose depot is only 20miles from where I live but that’s another story, this review is for BAB not them.
I received the package today with a nice personal hand-written note from Phillis and the BAB team which was a really nice touch.
I will be using BAB in the future but not the courier service I decided to go with.
I definitely recommend using Big Apple Buddy, there’s so many companies using Covid for their poor services recently and BAB is one service who is providing great service with no excuses, Well done and thank you!

Their site sais that the estimate duty tax should have been zero, I have just received 200 euro duty tax to pay, totally unreliable, I can't believe it

I ordered a pixel 6 for shipping to Denmark, and had a nice back and forth with their customer service regarding the lead time from best buy. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the order, and having used traditional mail forwarders in the past I was worried this would be a huge hassle. Not so with these guys! Very helpful and speedy handling of refund minus a service and card fee which makes sense (during the weekend no less). Looking forward to buying stuff from them the future and not deal with old school mail forwarders again!

First time user of BAB and I received my Logitech MX Mini in US layout today.

Very nice service at a decent price, effortless ordering system, frequent updates, really fast shipping, friendly customer service.
I need some things from the US from time to time but it has always been a real pain to be able to get them here.
I will no longer be searching for those things on eBay or Amazon anymore but will simply order straight from BAB in the future.

I had ordered new microsoft laptop studio from big apple buddy as it’s not yet announced /released for Dubai region. The order placement was easy. Back order placement from them was fast to Microsoft. Delivery timelines was expedited, received the items way before the actual time promised with good packing . Customs charges was not clear upfront as it’s subject to local UAE .rest is all good. Will definitely go with them for my future needs as I can enjoy the product before others in this region.

The products were delivered in absolutely perfect condition. Inside there is a nice thank you card that gave me a human touch, especially in the age of COVID-19.

I bought a pair of Under Armour Charged Impulse 2 Women's trainers and they arrived promptly (even with covid shipping delays in Australia!) and packed securely. Great range of trainers and would shop at Big Apple Buddy again. Follow up email and tracking of delivery was great. Being an Australian customer, I would recommend buying from BAB if you don’t live in the US.

Expensive service fees for a product I can get direct from Razer today and they don't give an option for USA when I try to select my country for shipping. I do think some products would be worth it like the new graphics cards when they get them but God knows what the service fee for those will be.

I received my product (Fossil Gen 6) very quickly, on Day 2 despite not being released yet, so I can guarantee that pre-order works wonder.
Received very quickly, being in New-Zealand, we suffer often from late delivery, and the SARS-CoV-2 is not helping on having quicker deliveries.
Despite this, I received the product quickly and the people at BAB emailed to be extra sure I received or if there was anything I needed. Awesome Customer Service there, definitely recommend !

So delighted to have discovered this excellent company. There was something that I really wanted from the US Reebok store that I couldn't get in the UK but US Reebok won't deliver to the UK! Through an internet search I found this great company who act as an inbetween to receive the item, check it over and then send it on. Great experience. Ordered a TNF pant for the first time. Although a bit expensive, I received the pants with no additional custom charges in the UK. FedEx delivery is a guarantee as always. Great customer support from the company as well. Would definitely order again.

I had a great experience buying from BigAppleBuddy (I am based in Singapore). I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because the website and their prices seemed too good to be true. Nonetheless, I took the leap and ordered from them. My order (a Google Nest Doorbell) was delivered quickly, was in perfect condition with lot of care taken with the wrapping. There was also a personalized handwritten note from the founders and my interaction with them (especially Phillis) post the receipt of my order has been excellent!
