This was the best on-line shopping experience I have ever had. December 24 I ordered a Michael Kors puffer on sale at Macy’s and today less than a week later it arrived to me in Sweden. This period included Christmas days so really amazing! It is probably not the cheapest way of buying products from US, but I gladly pay every dollar for this superb, highly efficient and safe handling. Extra plus for the handwritten note from Phillis-a state of the art in custumer service!

I was looking for a Tumi backpack which Tumi does not sell in Europe. But through Big Apple Buddy I was able to buy it and it was delivered in excellent condition through FedEx.

Luckily the bag itself was being sold at a hefty discount because the handling and shipping costs are not cheap. Of course, that's the price for ordering overseas and they are clearly mentioned upfront on their site before you order. I knew what I was getting into.

From their communication and the included personal note you can also tell the service is run by people that care. Even after the item has been delivered, they checked to see if everything is in order.
