I placed an order with them on the 20th. I was told it would take 5-7 business days but it hasn't even moved from the courier. I contacted customer disservice but all they could do was offer some lame... See more

One stop shop on collectibles
Ordered collectibles from this site countless times. Prices are fair, email notification on new items are prompt and not overly frequent to where it would get annoying. Never had an issue with pre-ordered items and love the option to add to the “pile of loot” to save on shipping. This is one of my go to sites for collectibles of all kinds.
Trusted 100%
Im reading all this negative comments and like ppl talking/writing about TW. And im really amased cause i got prolly 5 or 6 order pages at their store in last 3 years…and its like 5 or 6 items per page. Not a single ordered item had any issue what so ever. Came to Croatia in perfect condition. Yes… few items were taking longer then expected.. but thats natural.. BBTS is absolutely trusted shop from my perspective. Ppl should really learn how does the reseller like BBTS works.Even as i write this comment my beast kingdom batman 1989 is on its way… so ye… get better bots or learn the resellers mechanics.
They were fine for a while but…
They were fine for a while but started not being able to honor a lot of preorders and their “standard condition” standard have dropped a bit so now you’re paying retail cost for bad shelf condition items. Don’t even get me started with the way the owner pushed politics into every correspondence.
best place to get your loot
everything but gotta be the pile of loot just the best idea ever
Don't recommend pre-ordering from them
I've had no issues with in stock items but I wish they were better about pre-orders. Nearly every time I pre-order something from them they take months longer than other sellers to get the items (if they even do get the items). I'm still waiting on a cheap prize figure that they were supposed to have in stock last August. The estimated to arrive dates have never not been months off, which makes the payment not being taken until they get stock especially annoying because I never know when I'm going to be charged. Also recieving the branded packages covered with the words BIGBADTOYSTORE is embarrassing
Terrible company
Terrible company, sends out items listed in standard condition in absolutely trash condition and just want the figures back to further profit off of mangled figures. Lousy customer service. Spent nearly 100 bucks for figures useless to me now.
These people make promises that they…
These people make promises that they cannot keep as far as pre orders and shipping. Very dismissive when you bring them an issue about their service. Customer service is horrible when there are many online stores that sell the same exact toys for the same exact price or cheaper
Bad customer service
Bad customer service. They'll take your money and ship items haphazardly and dismiss valid complaints about the condition in which things arrive. I paid over $100 on four prop replica Jurassic Park brochures and they actually denied my complaint regarding the corner damage that was sustained to all four due to their shipping department's poor packing decisions. The slimy male representative with the fake 'nice' phone facade responded to photos he asked me to send only to trivialise the damage and to force me to accept the merchandise or pay shipping fees to return the items. The slimy representative also attempted to weasel out of his company's culpability in the matter and he shifted the blame to the manufacturer. Shady business practices. They literally placed all four in a medium sized box without any packing when they should've sent them in a stiff USPS, UPS, or FedEx envelope. It would've cost them less to ship and the 25 dollar a piece brochures would've arrived to me in acceptable condition. I paid 25 dollars for glossy paper. Yes, I expect them to arrive to me without damage due to poor packaging. After denying me a pre-paid return label and dismissing and rejecting my complaint, I submitted a claim with PayPal / Mastercard and the next day BigBadToyStore gave me a full refund. I'm currently awaiting another large shipment from them and am worried things will arrive damaged and I might not have any recourse to start a claim. The funny thing is that if the pernicious representative paid for the label and accepted that the damage was unacceptable, I'd be a repeat customer spending way more than the value of the shipping fees the ingrate would have had to spend to keep me happy and coming back for more toys. They're definitely bad. Stay away! Unscrupulous customer service and business practices.

Broken figures
Used to receive items in perfect condition
Then they started shipping items with damaged box
Now they ship broken figures
Avoid buying from here so they can work on improving their service and stop scamming people with broken garbage
Special shout out to a customer service…
Special shout out to a customer service representative named Kellen who has been a pleasure to speak to . I recently had a slight issue with an item I received from bigbadtoystore, it has a manufacturing defect nothing to do with bigbadtoystore, but Kellen handled it and organised a full refund for me which I chose to have as credit
Canceled order
Preordered an item for my son in November. The item was a Christmas gift… Jan. 23th received an email that the order had been cancelled due to the manufacturer being sold out. I won’t shop here again. Wish I had read the reviews.
Dreadfully slow! AVOID!
Dreadfully slow, 2 weeks now waiting for an in stock item to be shipped to me. I paid the highest shipping price. Won't be using these cowboys again!
They are great with the Chase, but need to improve the human factor
I really liked my shopping experience at this website and here’s why: I like the Funko pop pins very much and I collect different brands. I also collect key chains. I’m always looking for the Chase Variants and I don’t want to spend an extra $20-$50 for each one. Imagine my surprise & hyper-happy energy when I found a company that sorts out the Chase and sells them for an additional fee that doesn’t break the bank. In the past I have purchased 4-5 of the same pin and then returned any that weren’t Chase, but now, it’s all good and easy. It also makes it easier on my checking account. Now while I am happy with my purchases at BBTS and I do recommend them to all different kinds of toy collectors and collector enthusiasts like myself, there is one caveat: They do not do custom. You cannot email them and ask will you please do this and if it doesn’t work, please don’t send the order. There is no where on the order where you can add a note. I chatted and was told No. I even offered a small thank you offer to make it work and still “No”. This is frustrating two-fold. 1. With the amount spent on collecting today & the volume of sellers, every advantage is great to the bottom line and
2. They don’t offer promotion codes or free shipping—to their credit, volume shipping is a flat rate of $4. Their prices are mostly competitive if not a bit lower in some areas of sale, but it would have been more appreciated if they worked with me. If the order was placed and it wasn’t what I wanted, I would have spent the money I offered them returning the gear.
With my business education and experience, some things are worth the human touch. So, while they give a 5 for sorting the Chase Variations and selling them separately, I give them a 3 overall for everything else, making my final score 3.5.
Phenomenal
Great
I've only purchased preorder items and they always arrive on time and in perfect condition.
Sloooooooooow Shipping
Horrible shipping! Can not recommend this store at all.
I am an international customer
I am an international customer, my shipment of 100 dollars is still in Newark, for more than 60 days, I have not had any more updates, I consulted the postal service of my country and they do not have data, the only thing they know how to say is be patient and the Caribbean hurricanes
Authentic Anime Figures
They've become my go to for anime figures. Customer support answered quickly and was friendly when I needed help on a return. I've ordered 3 times in a few weeks and can assure you their products are authentic. They have some hard to find figures too.
Nice Selection - Poor Shipping
I've been ordering from them for a few years. Everything has been good up until the past 8 months where their packing methods have been terrible. I received a box yesterday with items from their Pile of Loot feature. When I opened the box, it looked like all the items had been thrown in with minimal padding. I reported the damage, and the customer service rep said: "We apologize that they were damaged in transit. When it comes to Pile of Loot orders, shipping select items that have similar packaging and weight is usually the best way to ensure that a heavier item is not put in with it or that shifting doesn't take place while in transit, because of different sizes and weight. We always allow our customers full control of what is shipped together. When larger items (such as the 3-pound Origins Collector Vehicle) are shipped with other smaller items, our warehouse team will place those on the bottom, but that does not ensure that the box will not get flipped over and items won't move around during transit. Unfortunately, gravity is not our friend in that situation. Please be aware of all this when you create the Pile of Loot shipments in the future"
So, in essence, internal box item damage is the customer's fault due to the size and quantity of items ordered. A couple of dollars worth of packing peanuts could have prevented the damage. These days, it's typical for a company to blame the customer instead of owning up to its poor packaging methods. I've ordered single items from them, and the backing cards were bent because the box they sent it in was too small, and they crammed it in there. Order at your own risk.
