Goods were delivered very promptly and of excellent quality.

My first order was received the following day as expected and was great. Unfortunately the part I bought had a fault but was replaced immediately without any quibbles and I am now open running.

The customer services were great. Especially Karen. We had noticed a missing item after delivery was made. Karen dealt with our issue and resolved the matter by sending us a replacement very quickly. We also had a problem with what time the delivery should have been delivered, specified an Am delivery but we were told the delivery drivers were running late. This customer service agent was also great. The agent kept us on the phone and spoke to delivery drivers and informed them we needed the delivery ASAP because of builders waiting. The delivery was made early afternoon before builders left. We also received a refund for the morning delivery fee. Great communication, Great customer Service. Outstanding. Thank you Karen and colleagues. Much appreciated.

We had an issue with a push button basin waste arriving tarnished which I straight away contected The Big Bathroom Shop about.
Karen from their customer service team came back within 24 hours and resolved the issue straight away. It's made our experience with the company and very positive one, therefore would use them again & recommend to others.

Even at the price point, our vanity unit was very very poor quality. Ill fitting panels, unusably bad hinges and some panels that just don’t attach in any sensible way. The finish is horrible . Over all, very cheap looking and much modification required. Even then still unhappy with the result. Would be a one star review but I have considered the price.

Phoned to enquire about needed spare parts for a shower door bought with a shower enclosure 6 yrs ago. Spoke to Lea in Customer Services who could not have been more helpful, friendly & easy to speak to. She resolved my query very quickly & needed spare parts arrived by courier within 48 hours!

we placed an order September 2025 and due to the builders fitting the wet room in October, said this digital shower would be not suitable as there was no electric access that was required.
As the shower is so good, having chatted with customer service, we decided to keep it and have it installed upstairs at a later date. That date was 11 months later due to unforeseen circumstances, and we found 2 items missing from the box. Monique was fast, professional and understanding to the circumstances and arranged urgent delivery of the missing items. I would always use this company now as second to none in my eyes.

Quality products & very quick delivery. Excellent customer service. I mistakenly chose the wrong sized towel rail, was able to return immediately, no quibble, and ordered the correct one. Had a problem with one of the shower valves, again, absolutely no quibble. Karen so helpful, another valve on route. Highly recommend this company.

I recently ordered three radiators for a home project from Big Bathroom Shop and was immediately impressed by their website and the excellent reviews they had received.
The radiators arrived on time, and all items were exceptionally well packaged and in perfect condition upon delivery.
Shortly after receiving the order, I realised that one of the radiators would be too large for the intended space. I contacted Big Bathroom Shop and spoke with Lea, who provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. She quickly arranged the collection of the item and maintained prompt, helpful communication, responding efficiently to several emails exchanged over the course of the afternoon.
Based on the excellent customer service I received from Lea, I would not hesitate to recommend this company. If the quality of the product matches the standard of their after-sales support, I am confident I will be just as pleased once the radiator is installed.

Great quality products with speedy delivery. Then when our builder lost a cover slip for our shower controls they managed to source a replacement part and saved the day. Thank you!

After spending £700 on a shower enclosure I encountered a problem with the riser kit and panels not long enough and feet missing after this was advised by them as being right for shower enclosure I ordered, wouldn't admit they were anyway at fault and blamed me for ordering it.was hoping they would come good and send the appropriate side payi need ,but no just same old twaddle ..
Wouldn't use again be aware awful customer service for a problem..
Update even though they replied here saying they will send a replacement piece I've had a email saying they are not in the wrong and won't be sending one out .
Presume there reply was for show when actually they are a disgraceful company to deal with utter liars ..

Excellent choice of showers and taps etc from modern to cottage style.
