Ordered the kids beanbag chair

Ordered the kids beanbag chair, it’s a lovely wee chair it’s called the lounge put when I got it it was a bit floppy for after several months contacted them in Amazon where I purchased from and they said they’d send out more filling even though it actually wasn’t under warranty as only the chair itself is, so received the filling which was much easier to fill than the first time as I snipped a corner and filled that way. Problem is even though they sent out an extra 59 cubic ft it’s still nowhere near enough filling paid £60 for it so it’s really annoying and pretty useless unless you want is owned an extra £20 To buy more filling.

Faulty product. Impossible to get in touch.

I ordered a footstool from their site which came faulty. I called them but the automated voice said they were too buzzy and closed the line. This happened 3 times. I also e mailed them twice, but there is no answer.
I think i lost my money.

Save yourself an evening and buy a pre filled one

Not made clear on their website that you have to fill the beanbag yourself, or that the filling is toxic to pets. The box which was provided to use to pour the filling was not even taped up across the bottom on either side. We had to use the plastic bag to fill the beanbag instead which took forever. They advise sweeping up any stray ones - this is next to impossible due to the level of static. Thankfully we have an older hoover we don't care too much about!! This product is a great way to ruin your evening. Also the delivery company just left the huge box on the doorstep. Very glad we didn't buy full price. Bean bag itself is ok, pretty saggy.

Please do not buy these bean bags

Please do not buy these bean bags, or do buy them if you enjoy futile tasks. It comes unfilled and the mess it makes filling it is indescribable, there are white balls EVERYWHERE. What arrives is a very large bag of light fluffy balls and the chair shell that has a kind of a lining in it that PREVENTS the lovely light balls from falling into where they need to go. It's taken over an hour and three people and it's still not filled. Love life, don't buy the bag.

Fragile products

Bought 2 puff chairs a couple weeks of years ago, they look nice, but both broken 1 year later with a lot of mess with tiny balls all over the place. They replaced the product, but the same unfortunate experience after 1 year again! This is in spite of a VERY CAUTIOUS use, and no heavy persons in house.. I really do NOT recommend

Badly done, Big Bertha!

Oh dear! Even the dog is hyperventilating at the prospect of the stress assembling this blessed thing is going to cause. After a really stressful month at work this was meant to be a little treat to look forward to, but the self assembly point was skillfully hidden in the details and I only discovered it on opening the boxes, I just want to cry. Why the heck it wasn’t possible to assemble at the factory is beyond me - apparently because people change their mind about fabric. This is a HUGE disappointment, badly done Big Bertha!

I ordered a beanbag and it came…

I ordered a beanbag and it came unfilled! I then scanned the QR code provided to see the instructions to fill the beanbag. It requires two people to fill the beanbag and I live alone! I have no one to help me for miles. Big Bertha Original is not inclusive! Have they thought about people who don’t have anyone to help them? Not everyone has someone they can ask for help.

Perfect experience

I bought a big 3 seater chair from big…

I bought a big 3 seater chair from big Bertha with a foot stall that came to over £350 in total. They company used DPD as a delivery service they left my parcel unattended on a different floor in my apartment block with another so called person taking in my delivery for me, I never told big Bertha to do this ive messaged them multiple times over the last 4 weeks asking for them to call me to discuss this issue nobody has never called me ive had customer service tell me that DPD are investigating it even tho DPD have already told me that they didn't deliver the parcel to DPD standards. You cannot get in contact with this company on the phone and it's seriously effected my mental health having to deal with them not caring about there customers. Terrible company with a non existent customer service. Disgraceful

Unresponsive Customer Service – Disappointing Experience

I purchased a couch from Big Bertha and needed to return it, but their customer service has been completely unresponsive. I have sent multiple emails with no reply and no assistance. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t support its customers after the sale. I expected better service, especially for a high-ticket item. Extremely disappointed!

Big Bertha Beanbag

I would give it zero star if that was an option for the following reasons :
1. No reply at customer service
2. Bean bag cover despite spending £100.00 came with a broke zip and a clip around it
3. The filling came half open with a hole so all the filling fell out
4. Filling not enough notwithstanding point 3

Baby chair

We recently purchased a baby chair for our 1 year old granddaughter, we received speedy deliver and the chair is amazing quality. There was a small issue which I contacted customer service who responded within 24 hours and resolved our issues, no quibbling, they sent out more filling for the chair, with NO extra charge. Great customer service and fantastic product.
WELL DONE Big Burtha, would highly recommend and purchase again.

Starting to think I’ve been scammed order bean bag and had no despatch notification as yet,impossible to get hold of anyone via email or Facebook and as for contact number 0345 450 5431 they tell you to call every option tells you they are busy and call back lost count how many times tried to call,if they are genuine then worried about the quality and if enough filling.one very unhappy customer poor poor poor

You have to spend another £20 to fill it properly.

I bought a Child's high back bean bag as a gift. It isn't made clear up front that you have to fill it yourself but I managed. The unforgivable problem is that the bag of beads provided is nowhere near big enough to fill it properly. No wonder they sell 'replacement' beads, the product actually needs more beads to work as advertised and I have had to buy another bag at an additional cost of £19.90 including postage. The bag does not have a lining either, so if you ever need to clean it you won't be able to remove the beads first. I would not recommend to anyone.

Service has been so bad I have wondered…

Service has been so bad I have wondered if I have been scammed. After 10 days of ordering, despite selecting expedited delivery, I had not received my order. The shipping numbers they provided on email were not activated and the shipping company they said was being used was different to the actual shipping company. I then received the styrofoam beads but without the cover - still waiting!!!

BigBertha is useless!

BigBertha is useless.
Phoning is no good you get cut off. Says delivered item (post Office) but it hasn't! PO no good get runaround! All responses, if that what you call them! means practically impossible to make contact, especially with any human! Disgusted will never use again.

Don’t recommend

It would be so much better if the beanbag came ready stuffed. Doing it at home is such a faff and so many of the styrofoam beans spill out and it gets really messy.
I would prefer to buy from somewhere where it’s ready-stuffed professionally, so wouldn’t buy from here again or recommend.

Bean bag empty

Bean bag empty. Had to fill It your self. Not enough stuffing sent. When filling the bag you lose half of it. You either get it all over your house. Or doit out side and get it all over the garden. If I knew I had to fill it my self I wouldn't have bought it. The material sheds bits on to the carpet. Biggest waste of £70 I've ever had.

Big Bertha uk

I'm not 100% I've got the right company - but can see some uk reviews.
Ordered quite a few bits from this company and everything delivered on time, superb quality and packaged well.
Kinda got everything I need for my flat now, but sure I'll find an excuse to order more
