asked before purchase if my vapes would be texas compliant was lied to and received non texas compliant vapes and when confronted about it was told the best that could be done was for me to pay to ship them back and then wait for a refund. all I asked for was a return shipping label and couldn't even provide me that. terrible customer support. _EDIT to your response below. I sent a screenshot of the texas compliant 5 packs I had ordered from another company previously asking if I ordered from you would those be the ones I received.i was told the packaging of the screenshot I sent was a little outdated (they were from 2 months prior so thought it's possible) but that wasn't true obviously.you said all the foger vapes you sold were all texas compliant and that's definitely what I would receive.but that's not what I received,i received 2 five packs of non texas compliant foger vapes. when I emailed you and simply asked for a return shipping label you tried telling me it doesn't matter the Chinese version of foger vapes are the same. I disagreed and said they were not the same. you then said I live in Pennsylvania and you keep the texas compliant vapes specifically for your texas customers.covering one lie up for another.i have the screenshots to prove it and will gladly post them for everyone to see if you would like. but once again I'll give you another chance to make this right send me a return shipping label and we can put this to rest.i still have the 2 onopened foger 5 packs in there original packaging. I don't see how this is an unreasonable request. I will wait for your reply.

To recap: our staff is fairly large, and while I couldn't identify exactly who you spoke with, I can confirm they answered your question accurately. We do carry the brand you inquired about in Texas Compliant.
That said, the question asked at the time was simply, "Do these come in Texas Compliant?" — without a name, without mention of an active order, and without any indication that the items needed to ship to Pennsylvania specifically as Texas Compliant. Based on that question, our team's answer was correct: yes, we do carry that Texas Compliant option. Texas Compliant products are intended for shipment to Texas customers unless otherwise specified before an order ships.
Since no error occurred on our end, our standard policy applies: any unopened items are eligible for a full refund. We're happy to process that for you as soon as they're returned.

To address the specifics: our records do not reflect that anyone on our team stated the Texas Compliant packaging you referenced was "outdated," nor that all Foger products we carry are Texas Compliant. What our team correctly and consistently explained is that we do carry Foger in a Texas Compliant formulation, and that Texas Compliant inventory is designated for orders shipping to Texas. That is our standard practice, not something introduced after the fact.
