Bigfoot beard company
I was holding my opinion as had a little trouble with one product (first I have had. Bought lots). I have been speaking to Matthew through email and he has been very thorough in understanding the problem.
It took a bit for me to get back to him, but when I did he assures me a new one is on its way.

A small company bringing quality products with amazing customer service
I am a new customer but love the scents. I used to before covid struck buy most of my beard products from America though i won't name brands and Bigfoot Beard Co are on a par with the very best of them. I also want to praise the customer service. I contacted them one late evening and got a reply from Matt. No matter the questions i had was answered with grace, patience and humour. I will be buying more in the future.
