Customer Service very good, my order placed, confirmed despatched but then no update for a week. I logged a call by answerphone and email and got a call back within 45 minutes. I was no longer able to receive the goods as i was going away, so BGS issued a refund at my request. Can’t fault the service, there will always be some problems with orders, but what marks an excellent company is their ability to resolve problems. Would recommend 🤗

I'm still waiting for a refund after I returned the goods using the return label they gave me. Since December of last year I'm waiting and no one has been able to help me. According to the customer service agent the proof of return is not valid so they get to keep the €21. I gave them the proof of return (receipt) the post office gave me there's no other way for me to prove the return. I'd never recommend doing business with this company. I don't think I'll ever recover my money as not even the office in the UK is responding. Big L. Stay away.
