Don't 'Trust' Their Website
Make sure you call to confirm that the items you want actually ARE in stock, because these clowns don't seem to communicate between the store and the web team.
Drove to the middle of nowhere to get items clearly marked 'In Stock' on their website, only to be told that they aren't in stock and that the web team should have taken said item down...the assistant even had the cheek to tell ME to inform the Customer Care team, so that they could tell the web team...like it was my job not hers.
The guy in front of me had exactly the same issue and said it wasn't the first time it had happened to him. Amateurs.
