Ordering to ship to New Zealand. Have done this multiple times over the years and always arrives well packaged and as described. I’m no expert but I’d say you’re probably pretty tough on yourselves when it comes to grading the condition, LP, MP, HP etc. some of the MP cards are often in much better condition than MP! Your wide selection of single cards keeps me coming back. Keep up the good work team

Great easy service

An excellent communication with the customers service.

Posative - Great selection of cards at reasonable prices that are re stocked regularly.

Negative - Multiple orders received with incorrect cards, when issue was reported card was replaced. But consistent concern require meticulous checking of orders on arrival.

Postage packaging is basic and could be improved when shipping higher value cards. Most orders arrive in folded cardboard, no bubble wrap or card individual protection.

Customer service is basic regarding issue resolution. Don't expect much more than a sorry, keep the card sending you a replacement kind of response.

I would recommend using Big Orbit Cards but definitely check and compare orders to what you requested.

Always use BigOrbit when preordering before a release of the new Cardfight Vanguard set.

Was left disappointed this time round as despite ordering 4 of a card, paying for 4 of the card, I only recieved 3. The order paper inside had a "-1" written on it by the card's name on the list.

So they knew there wasnt enough and didn't process a refund of said card. It wasnt a massive amount of money, however the fact of the matter is I was still charged for something and that was knocked off the order.

Aside from that everything was fine.

The pack was well taken care of. All cards where fit to description.

It took about 3 attempts and a few lost hours trying to place a bulk order of heroclix. Was really frustrating experience (I did email for support but never heard back). Got vague error when trying to checkout and tried various methods.
Eventually did get the order through myself. One item was oos which I don’t think should happen but I get it’s tough manage such a vast inventory. But a refund would be better than a credit.
Heroclix weren’t packed too well and one had broke (but I’ll fix with glue so not that fussed as was cheap)
Great inventory and prices seemed good for what I wanted and was impressed with quick delivery. But wasn’t the greatest experience.

Fantastic service. I traded some Lorcana cards in as a first time customer. Response and credit was super quick, and cards purchased with the store credit were dispatched in super quick time in exactly as described condition. I will definately be returning as a customer again! Recommended for trading in for store credit.
