Big Picture Training - Planning and Scheduling Training

Big Picture Training delivered a comprehensive Planning and Scheduling Training programme to our Property Care team at Community Housing. The training provided valuable insights into effective communication, teamwork, and accountability, emphasising the importance of clear communication - both with customers and colleagues, to ensure a shared commitment to customer satisfaction.

The feedback from our Planners was outstanding - 100% of delegates were either very satisfied or satisfied with the training overall.

This programme was incredibly insightful, equipping our business with practical strategies to enhance planning, communication, and teamwork. With continued collaboration and application, we are confident things will only improve further. Highly recommended!
