Very relaxed buying experience but they don't check what they claim
Very relaxed buying experience with sales for a used van but they do not do all the checks they claim to do as my power steering fluid was below minimum which I had to top up when I got home plus the brakes were found to be delaminating on a Peugeot heathcheck I had done so be aware they may tick the check boxes but don't actually do all the checks.

Poor communication
Picked up my new pick up and 15 miles later, the warning lights came on that I had been assured were fixed from the test drive. A week later, finally after sales ring me back and tell me to go through the warranty. When I had been told not to go through the warranty and they would fix it.

Amazing experience, delt with Michael Austen Jr. really quick and efficient. Van had a couple chips and scrapes on but when pick up day came everything had been sorted! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a van.
