Very fast shipmnet from Italy to Greece, with tracked parcel. The price was the best for the bike tyres incl. shipping cost and they arrived in 8 days after the order.

Shiping may take longer than advertised

Package took 1 week to arrive, despite the advertised 72 hours international euoropean shiping. Customer support was fast to respond. Still a good service, but not as advertised.

The same story!
On February 4, 2024, I bought a Scott 940 bicycle. After making the payment, the next day the store asked for an ID card to verify the transaction. Then, after my inquiry, I received a reply that the order would not be fulfilled due to the large number of orders for this product and the lack of the product. Despite this information, to this day the status of my order on the store's website is "on backorder". I was informed that the money would be refunded. It is now February 19, I have not received my money back, nor the bike. The store no longer responds to messages. I do not recommend!!!

Don"t recommend!!!

On February 4, 2024, I bought a Scott 940 bicycle. After making the payment, the next day the store asked for an ID card to verify the transaction. I was scammed too!!

I was scammed too!!! the company offered bicycles at a promotional price, after ordering it turns out that the bicycles are out of stock. Now I was left without a bike and without money. When will I receive my money?! I do not recommend this store!!

In this store, there is no guarantee that you will receive the goods (fictional sale of the product. Issuing a sales document for an item that is unavailable).
Do not expect feedback on what is happening with the ordered goods (lack of information that the goods are unavailable and the order will be canceled - the store's terms and conditions state that they will contact the customer, but I had to reach out to receive information).
I confirm that I have not received a refund to this day (6 days have passed since the purchase). The store already knew that it would not fulfill the orders, so why are customer funds being held?

We asked you an ID picture because as we explained we received a huge amount of orders from your country and our bank wanted to make sure the payments corresponded to the IDs. We are going on with the refunds but the orders were a lot and we are still receiving the payments made from abroad. Sorry for the inconvenience.

They haven't returned the money for five days

They have known for five days that they will not fulfill the order, but they have not yet returned the money. It's outrageous that you have to wait so long for your own money.

Suprised by price change during checkout

Suprised by a price change of a bike during final payment step I was redirected to initial order page with the bike price increased 20 %

No refund of faulty product, patronising communication, and attempt to resell faulty product

TL;DR:
No refund of faulty product;
No voucher offered;
No new product sent despite the small price;
No possible negotiation.
Patronising communication from manager;
Attempt to resell faulty product to another customer, despite intrinsic fault.

Details:

On the 23rd of July 23, I ordered a rear flashing LED bike light. I was so not expecting a fault, that I made the mistake to get rid of the original package.

After a couple of weeks, I tried it, mounted on the seat pillar, but it soon revealed its faulty behaviour: any bumps on the road would change its flashing mode to "static mode", which obviously is not wanted.

I returned it, along with the USB cables, and a few other items from the original package, but not with its original package. I thought that since the light is anyway faulty, the return would be accepted, as it was not a case of selling it back to another customer, or me repaired anyway, as an electronic fault like that, given the price of the item < 40 EUR, would cost twice as much just to investigate...

The manager and I get swirled into a spiral of non-communication, as the guy strongly held the position of not refunding me, nor offering me a voucher, nor sending another item, for the reason that I didn't return the original package, and that I had used it in real life, at the back of my bike...

To notice the fault, using it in real life was the only way, and a fault like the one that it had made it impossible to resell to another customer.

He put forward the argument that he couldn't resell it (even if faulty) to anyone else, because of the absence of original package...

Hello, yes we remember your order, we talked a long time about it via mail.
As per written in our terms and conditions:

The right of withdrawal is not considered valid once the returned product doesn’t respect the following requirements:

• The original packaging is missing.
• The proof of purchase is missing (receipt).
• The original labels has been cut or missing.
• Absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, screws, instruction manuals, etc).

In your case we were missing: the proof of purchase, the cable that was part of the product we sent you, the labels, the packaging and the integral elements.

We also managed to try the light and everything functioned perfectly.

We ALWAYS allow returns and send refunds if the product does not encounter the expectations of a client.
But in this case, everything that we ask for the return policies was missing.
What we could do was sending the product again to you but you didn't accept it so we are sorry about it but there is no way for us to do more.

We remain at your disposal, thank you.

PS: To be precise we can't resell the "faulty" product because it is incomplete and all the original parts are missing so what you are actually assuming is not true.
