Please can someone contact me from this company. I bought a Kingston vintage bike from yourselves last April and am unable to use it due to the clasp that holds the back guard up from the wheel has broken. Therefore the guard is dragging on the wheel and the bike is not in use. I have taken this to a bike shop however they are unable to help. They said I would need new mud guards which I’m not willing to buy as they won’t match my bike and it’s faulty. Please contact me ASAP my emails are showing as undelivered when emailing this company.

Brought a bike from their site as was considerably cheaper than other sellers. Bike arrived in mint condition as expected and was easy to put together. After service was great too, no issues.
Great bike, excellent customer service, fast delivery
I was wary of purchasing my bike from this company due to poor reviews from here, but I'm glad I took a chance! My bike was dispatched on the day itself and was due to arrive in 2 days. As there was a problem with the courier company, I got in touch with BikesDirect365 customer service who sorted out my query and my bike was delivered almost immediately after - in perfect condition! I've assembled my bike and I'm very happy with it. It was also much cheaper than on other websites.
I'd say, give them a go if you're on the fence. You'll get a great bike at a decent rate, and customer service is brilliant in case anything goes wrong.

DO NOT BUY from them, poor materials as regards quality. Metal rusts after a little use in rain. Seller does not want to admit any problems....Will never buy again from them.
So seller does not want to know. Basically they are saying that we should not use the bike outside in the rain. That if we leave it outside even in a proper bicycle shelter with a roof. That we are at fault and it’s normal that it Rusts...other bikes in same place and not one if them has the rust problem like this piece of rubbish quality of a bike.
Well Amazon have stepped up to the mark and are taking the issue on board.... let’s see what happens now.
Update to below stuff...8 months later...
Handle bars and pedal legs have rusted, bike in bad shape....not happy at all. I have contacted the seller, awaiting answer and will see if I need to take it further or not.
Product is excellent but was delivered over 1 day later than was expected.
Email sent to company, they answered quickly asking for more détails.
However, when I answered straight away, there was no return from the company.
So basically, here is what was wrong.
1. Basket Bracket fixed to main frame upside down according to instructions.
2. Front fork has one side bent and not straight.
3. The seat slot on the frame has the tightnening bracket completely squint to frame.
4. The front brake cable crimped end cap has come off so the wires are like string now.
5. On top of this, just noticed that both wheels are slightly warped when you spin them.
Tried realigning the front wheel but it is the same.
Shame really because it is a nice bike. Pity the quality control is bad. If it had not been, I would have added 5 Stars.

Ordered via Ebay a Mizani Mesa and iam glad i did i was not disapointed. However the pedals would not go on the bike no matter what i did so took to my local cycle shop who used a wrench to put them on. The bike however is first class very smooth and pretty fast. Gear change is sublime breaks are very good , no clanking nothing lose , normally with a boxed bike there is nearly always an issue with breaks or gears but not this one. Cheers Bikesdirect 365
Bad experience would not buy again from Bikesdirect365
I ordered a bike as a gift for a friend that had theirs stolen on the night of 11th November and was told it would be delivered on 14th. It did not arrive and no contact was made by the courier.I submitted a questionnaire to the company detailing the non arrival but heard nothing. I finally lost patience and on Wednesday 29th November I spoke to the company to cancel the bike. It was then delivered the following Saturday and not knowing what to do my friend took delivery. In the meantime we had made other arrangements. I contacted them on Monday 4th December and they made an appointment to collect the bike the following day. My friend waited in and no one came. Again no contact was received. I contacted them again on 11th and asked for my money to be refunded as I did not want the bike, it had been cancelled 4 days before delivery. They refused and said the bike must be returned. I explained my friend could not wait in that week as she was traveling for interviews and they they must not call her as she was unwell and this had become very stressful. Immediately I put the phone down they called her and tried to pressure her into taking the bike to a collection point or with her to London from Newcastle !!! We manged to arrange for collection on 14th December and on 31st December I had to threaten them with County Court action as they had not refunded my money. They say it has been repaid today but their customer care is non existent so I am not confident. What was intended as a gift became an additional stress for someone already coping with difficult circumstances. My request for compensation was rebuffed and frankly I will be relieved to get my money back and forget about it. They were not rude they just didn't care because they had my money and I could do nothing about it.
Entirely unhappy with Bikesdirect and Halfords
I bought a product from Halfords online, but it turned out to come from Bikesdirect. Halfords refuse to accept returns and Bikesdirect state that they must agree to accepting a return before it can be returned - and they withhold their address so you can't return. They fail to respond at all to repeated requests for returns info, so I am stuck with a product that is unsuitable, as I have nowhere to return it to. I will be opening a case with PayPal.

We ordered a bike for our son through Halfords on the 23rd of July that turned out to be sold by Bikesdirect365 the delivery date was 28th of July - there was an issue with this date but spoke to Matt at Bikesdirect365 and thanks to his care and attention the delivery was promptly rearranged - excellent customer service from Matt - Thankyou
Great Bike - Fast Delivery
I brought one of the little girls Kingston bikes for my daughter and she absolutely loves it.
The bike arrived really quickly and luckily wasn't hard to assemble as i was worried about that, I did have to ring them a few times for advise on how to build it and they were great and very helpful.
Really pleased with the service that i received and will definitely use Bikedirect365 again.

I purchased a bike from this company through the Halfords website. There was abit of a shaky start due to me being supplied with the wrong tracking number due to a paperwork error, and then my parcel getting delayed in the parcelforce system but I can not thank Matt from bikesdirect enough. He went above and beyond ringing parcelforce for me and locating my missing parcel and communication was brilliant throughout. Matt also compensated us financially for the delay even though it was the fault of Parcelforce. Could not be happier with the service and when the bike arrived it was absolutely stunning! Very happy and will definitely be using this company again.
Terrible service, terrible company - Avoid like the plague.
Ordered a bike via the Halfords website from BikesDirect 365 on Nov 25th. The bike arrived 2 days later on the 27th. On Nov 29th I started to build the bike and then realised that it was damaged and scratched. The box it came in was in perfect condition. I took a photograph of the damage and sent BD365 an email to explain. I made it quite clear that the rest of the bike was fine and that I would accept a replacement part. Over 24 hours passed without a response from BD365 or even acknowledgement of my query. I followed up with a 2nd email asking for an update. It was at this point that they tried to claim they had responded already. I checked my spam folder and nothing, they had not responded. On Nov 30th they claimed to have sent out the replacement part. Fast forward to Dec 6th and the part had still not arrived so I chased them again. At this point BD365 admitted that they had sent the part using standard non tracked delivery and suggested it must have gone missing! They said that they would send another replacement part but this time via a 'signed for' service. That part eventually arrived on Dec 9th. When I unpacked the item it was clear that it was not an identical replacement, it was also missing one of its four washers. Given it was getting close to Christmas and that this bike was a gift I decided to go down to my local Halfords to see if they could help me. They took one look at the replacement part and said it was wrong but they offered to fit it anyway. After tightening to the correct tourque they advised that it was unsafe as the handle bars could still be moved.
Faced with the prospect of having to go back to BD365 for the third time, Halfords and I came up with a mutually acceptable solution.
In summary I would make the following observations:
Halfords should think very hard on whether they retain BD365 as a partner. I have forwarded the details of this review to Halfords head office.
BD365 need to review their approach to customer service. If you are going to claim on your website that you will respond to an email within 2 hours then please do so. If you were too busy due to Christmas then employ more staff.
BD365 need to review their quality control. You need to do a much better job of reviewing items before sending them out. However this particular bike got damaged, you should have spotted it.
BD365 should send all replacement parts using a recognised recorded delivery service and forward any tracking numbers to the customer.
Finally to anyone thinking of placing an order with BikesDirect 365, quite simply DO NOT. You are likely better off visiting your local Halfords/bike shop.
Birthday let down
I ordered a bike for my daughter from bukesdirect365. Placed an order on 19/09/16 to be advised delivery date would be 26/09/16 or earlier. On the 20/09/16 I received an email to say te bike had been dispatched. 26/09/16 no bike and no further email from bikes direct 365 or halfords. As its my daughters birthday tomorrow 27/09 I decide to ring them to ensure my bike was on its way. First Lady I spoke with, Lesley said once she had spoke with warehouse she will call me back. She didn't call me back. So I rang again, spoke with someone else who said they need to speak with warehouse. I asked to be placed on hold this time. The bike not been dispatched! According to Matt, the by were unable to locate the bike I ordered in the warehouse on Friday. I asked to speak with a manager. Manager explains warehouse had been moved so there had been delays on orders. Now surely this is something that should be advised to customers. I placed an order in good faith it will arrive before my daughters birthday. Now to tell my daughter she has no present to wake up to due to lack of communication from bikes direct 365. Going to have one very upset 10 year old in the morning when it should be an enjoyable day for her. Sorry doesn't quite cut the sheer dissappointment from my daughter
Neil holdsworth (so called owner) is an incompetent fool!
I had the bike delivered on the Saturday and I went to go and put it together on the Monday and I noticed that the thread where you put the peddle into the crank arm has gone and I was unable to but it on. I phoned them up and they said they would send me out a replacement part and when I was to receive it I was to go into a shop and pay for it myself to get fitted and they would refund all costs. I was told the replacement part was in next day delivery so I was expecting it Tuesday. It's now Thursday and still no part so I phoned the supplier and spoke to Neil Holdsworth and I told him to pick the bike up and to give me a refund but he told me I wasn't garaunteed a refund if there's anything wrong with it that I haven't noticed when I haven't even rode the thing! Neil was rude, incompetent and constantly said he didn't know what I was on about. I am totally dissatisfied with this company and I got the bike through Argos and have told Argos that they shouldn't be used! Totally unacceptable. Please take on board this comment and I hope you lose many customers after them reading this!

Still no bicycle
I ordered a Kingston Dalston shopper bicycle for my girlfriend last week. I ordered it on the Friday for Saturday delivery, as her birthday was the Saturday. I paid £25 for Saturday delivery, but still NO BICYCLE. I checked the orders and it says order completed?! I received no tracking number. I'm really dissapointed with this, I've paid £200 for a bicycle I don't have.
HORRIBLE
I bought a £200 bicycle on bikesdirect365 on the 30th of November. It arrived heavily scratched and the basket, belonging to it, all squashed and distorted. I contacted customer support to tell them about this, sending them, via email, pictures of the damaged items. They refused to give me a fair compensation for the damaged items so I told them I would like a replacement. They promised me on several occasions that that items would be picked up and failed to do so. I contacted them for the 10th time and asked them to please give me my money back. They told me they could only do that once the items were picked up. But they never pick them up, lying to me time after time. So now I have damaged items and they have my money hostage. What a HORRIBLE SERVICE! This has never happened to me before. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE DISHONEST THIEVES AGAIN.

A good find without being overwhelmed in a bike shop
I wanted to start cycling but just for leisure and searched for ages for a hybrid bike around the £200 mark.
Bikes Direct have the Indigo Regency ladies bike, aluminium frame with 21 gears, mudguards, chainguard and a carrier, gel saddle as well! Its a smart metallic black and even has a stand.
Like most of the reviews the ordering, size guide and delivery were so efficient and mine came on a saturday even though I didnt pay extra. Terrific, really pleased. We had to tweak the chainguard a bit but that was all.

Great website and ordering process
I was searching for a bike and didn't fancy anything off the usual high street stores. Whilst browsing around I came across the Kingston Hampton City Shopper bike which I thought was absolutely beautiful. I haven't ordered or come across this website before. The ordering process was straight forward, although they didn't have the bike in stock until the 28th, its came 5 days earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The bike was easy to put together (my husband did it, I just watched :) ) The prices were competitive although I think I did get a good deal.
