Dont trust Bikeshop Boksburg. I bought a motorcycle from The BikeShop Boksburg (Juan) on the 28th Aug 2025, then back from my first drive with the bike my friend who was driving next to me heard a sound so the next day we checked and saw that the guide (chain guard) at the bottom was damaged and a oil leak. I did not even drive 50km. (Before they gave the bike to me after purchasing, they promise me a full service was done and a full inspection, so why and how couldn’t they have picked up this damaged guide? just wondering). I am very disappointed and contacted Juan for assistance but only to hear that I have to return the bike to them so the workshop can check, I did explain that I can not drive up and down and not willing to leave the bike there for days if they can not come up with another plan they still stick to the thing that the bike needs to go to the workshop to be inspected ect.., then only they can sort it out. I can not accept this matter and needed it to be dealt with differently as it’s the workshop’s mistake or something they were hiding I don’t know but I’m not happy as its costing a lot of money and now i want to cancel the deal and i have already contacted the bank . I will not recommend anyone to buy from this shop as the aftersales is not good. There is no service at all. UP TO DATE IM STILL WAITING FOR THE LICENSE DISC. PATHETIC SERVICE. Im reporting them at Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa
