Stay away. I have my bike listed for a long time without any interest from anyone. Then I asked a potential buyer I found on another platform to message me theough my add in bikesoup and they couldn't. Slow unresponsive site and doesn't work. I will be filing a complaint. Scammers.
it's completely redundant and slow website and i bet no one works to maintain it or run it. there are so many issues with it. i was charged £9.99 for bike listing that never appeared on the website so i feel i've been scammed. i contacted help and support providing proof of receipt and no one got back to sort it out. i want my money back thieves
I think this site must be a scam. It comes out high in web searches as a way to sell bikes and charges £9.99 a listing. Anyway having listed a bike for sale with no response I thought I'd lower the asking price but the site is so slow to load and is obviously poorly maintained. Having that experience as a seller I can see why I have no buyers as the site will equally be painfully slow for them. AVOID!
