Very disappointing experience.

The ticket I purchased was not delivered in a final, usable form in time for the event. What I initially received was not the actual admission ticket required for entry, but only a preliminary file that was not sufficient to access the venue.

A valid ticket is not just about being “authentic” in theory — it must be delivered in a complete and functional form, with enough time for the customer to verify and use it properly. In my case, this did not happen.

Customer support was also unhelpful. Despite multiple messages, they repeatedly sent copy-paste responses and refused to provide basic information such as exact delivery timestamps or proof that a fully usable ticket was made available before the event.

A service that delivers tickets at the last moment, without guaranteeing usability, puts the customer at serious risk.

I would strongly recommend being very cautious when using this platform.

We bought tickets for a Turkish football match, but they were never delivered, even though we had our Passo card ready. Communication with the platform was very slow, so we missed the game. Later, we saw photos of the stadium showing that our section was completely empty. It feels like we were ripped off.
Additionally, the ticket prices are up to seven times higher than what you would pay at the stadium.
I would not recommend using this platform.

we bought 2 tickets for red star basketball match vs Dubai for €300 !!! as it said arena sold out.
Despite asking them numerous times to send us the tickets once bought, they said we only get them a few hours before the match? Why? If the seller wants to genuinely sell them why not send them when the buyer (us) had paid?
So we got 2 Euroleague season tickets for an ABA game where tickets only cost around €28 and in a different arena - which were mit accepted by the security team at the entrance!!!
So we burnt €300 + we flew over to Belgrade as b‘day present for my son and just got ripped of by seller through biletwise who took €80 for the transaction !!!!
And I heard similar stories from local people for other events - where they double sold 400 tickets for a music concert.
Shameful that companies like that make money with scams and when flagged to Erdem and Yakub at biletwise they just said: ‚ it’s your problem that you did not use your ticket ‚!!!
Sure for the wrong venue and wrong league match at a price 5 times over its value (ABA tickets are around €28. seller charged us €150).
Stay clear of biletwise … too risky … rude customer service … rip off prices … no refunds… crazy high fees !!!

Purchased two tickets for Czechia v Ireland 3 months in advance, tickets 'cancelled' 1 hour before kickoff, they sent me an email in Czech saying they got cancelled, when I translated it the email was speaking about a game against Croatia the previous year, very dodgy, still haven't got my money back

I had an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience with Biletwise.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Olympiacos vs Fenerbahçe basketball game (Order ID: 00001771609660219691) for a total of 190.40 €.

The tickets were delivered only 2 hours before the event, and shockingly, they were issued under completely different names. Because of this, I was denied entry at the venue.

I was there with my son, who is a basketball player, and this was supposed to be a special and memorable experience for him. Instead, we were left outside the arena, dealing with confusion, stress, and disappointment. It was a very upsetting moment for both of us.

At the last minute, under pressure and stress, I had no choice but to buy new tickets just to avoid completely ruining the experience for my son.

I have contacted Biletwise twice requesting a full refund, but I have received no response for more than 4 days. This lack of responsibility and customer support is completely unacceptable.

Selling tickets with incorrect names and ignoring customers after payment shows a serious lack of reliability and professionalism.

I strongly warn others to be very careful when using this platform.

I purchased rugby match tickets via Biletwise for the Ireland vs Scotland match on 14 March in Dublin.
The tickets were never delivered.
I travelled from Romania specifically for this event, including flights and accommodation, and was unable to attend the match due to their failure.
I had to initiate a chargeback to recover the ticket cost. I strongly advise against using this platform.

Biletwise listed the wrong venue/stadium, which tricked us into buying the tickets for a soccer-match (without refunding our money afterwards), because the fine print of their Terms & Conditions allows them to cheat at customers
("Event dates, venue, city, or country information listed on Biletwise may change or may be incorrectly entered into the system by mistake.")

I bought a ticket for the Galatasaray vs Juventus match from Biletwise and paid 300€. I went to the stadium and waited for the ticket, but they never sent it. Before the match they kept emailing me saying I would receive the ticket soon, but nothing arrived.

When the match started, they suddenly emailed me saying the ticket was not available anymore. I was already at the stadium and could not enter the match. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund.

This is a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend buying from Biletwise.
Shame on them, they should be happy i cant meet them.

They told me i would receive the tickets days, or a couple of hours latest before the event. I received nothing and of course no customer support answers. And i organized a whole trip just for this match. Complete scammers!

I have purchased tickets from Biletwise many times. I have never had any problems so far. My only complaint is that the ticket prices are much higher than the prices at the ticket office.

I purchased tickets twice from Biletwise, and both times the experience was completely unacceptable.

In my first order, I never received what I actually paid for and was instead given much worse, inferior tickets. In the second order, the seats were far apart and not seated together at all, even though that’s exactly what was advertised and paid for.

This is not a small mistake — tickets are expensive, time-sensitive, and emotionally important. Getting the wrong seats, downgraded tickets, or broken promises creates huge stress, especially close to an event. Customer support did not provide a satisfactory solution that matched what was originally sold.

After two failed orders, I have zero trust in this platform. If you care about your money, your plans, or your peace of mind, I would strongly recommend avoiding Biletwise altogether and booking from a more reliable source.

We were already at the stadium when 10 minutes after kickoff Biletwise sent an email stating delivery failed due to a seller issue.

The cancellation came way too late, causing wasted travel, time and stress.

Although a refund was promised, the handling of this sale was extremely unprofessional.

Buyers must be cautious — pricing was unclear, additional charges were requested late, and delivery was not honored as promised.

This experience was very disappointing.
A very bad experience, not even worth one star. The worst experience I've ever had. I do not recommend it.

Biletwise took my money for 1 x Ticket for Ireland V Hungary game and then told me they could not contact the end user, I quote below "We can't reach the seller user. Since the event will be today, we have to cancel this order. Your refund has been processed it will reflect on your card within 20 business days. If you wish, you can buy new tickets from the product page again.

I travelled to Budapest but read the reviews and tried to cancel the ticket looking for a refund, advised that no refund possible so I actually tried to sell this same ticket for a cheaper price just to get something back AND THEY SOLD IT!!

We bought tickets for a bascketball game in Belgrad. We were told that we will recive our tickets 8 hours before The game. 3 hours before the game we had nothing and nobody was answerring our messages. They only sent us the tickets when I told them that I'm gonna contact the bank for a refund. Besides, the locals told us that the price we paid was 2-3 Times more than The usual price. Only use this platform if you want over priced tickets and anxiety.

I purchased tickets on the website biletwise.com on the 19th for a football match in Istanbul on January 21st. When buying the tickets, the only information provided was that the tickets would be emailed on the 21st. I spent 410 euros on two tickets. It was a birthday gift for a child. We are from another country and flew to Istanbul specifically for the match.

I knew that Turkey has a strict Fan ID system, so I registered myself in PASSO. When I arrived and went to the stadium, I was told that to confirm entry to the stadium, I needed to link the tickets to a Fan ID or buy tickets with a passport at the stadium.

I started writing to the website's support team. They responded that they would provide the tickets ONLY upon receiving two Fan IDs in PASSO. We are not from Turkey, and for some reason, the SMS for confirming the child's account was not arriving. I provided all the information to the service, explaining that it was impossible to register the second account, to which they replied that they would only send the tickets with both accounts. I sent the first one (my own), and they wrote that they were waiting for the second one.

Three hours before the match, they sent a message saying that I needed to top up these PASSO fan cards. Three hours before the match!!! I faced difficulties doing this because I'm not from Turkey. In the end, they didn't send me a single ticket. Instead, they wrote back in an email that they had made a payment to the seller and therefore could not refund the money.

They are 100% scammers who couldn't even send one ticket. Three hours before the match, they demanded for some reason that I put money on the fan card. In the end, I had to buy tickets at the stadium, where no money needed to be added to a fan card.

Do not deal with this service!!! No one returns the money. They don't warn you about what needs to be arranged and make no attempt to solve your problem! This service owes me 410 euros!

I'm very satsfied with the site. I really like them, excellent site and excellent customer support!
