Nice cake we had ordered
Nice cake we had ordered, but it was ordinary pre-defined. We wanted to order customised cake for 60kr/person on our event. On website there is only written about it, but there is no feature to order it, then option only to call and it takes forever - through kunderservice , to connect to bakery, then bager left because it is over 1400 hrs time (as they start early). You should definitely improve on that area orders, you do good cakes!

Food was great, good quality and delicious, packing was also very good, overall great value for money when one has big gatherings.
It was ready a bit later than originally ordered (30 mins) but I planned for that when I made order and left some buffer.
I would love to see if they would also start delivering! That would be 5 experience :)

Frozen cake
Very disappointing experience. I came to pick up a cake on monday at 7:30. However, the personel informed me the cale was in making. I could have understanding if the cake was being made fresh, but instead, somebody forgot to take the cake from a freezer. What I recieved 20 minutes later, was a half frozen cake, which I didnt realize until I tried to cut it. That was something I didn’t expect. If you order a cake from Bilka bakery, be prepared it is not made fresh in the morning..

I wasn't able to Buy a product
I wasn't able to Buy a product, Could not use click and collect or home delivery. I contacted customer service and she was like :D " You can go buy from Store" . Which I tried, I check Lager satus ( showed less then 5 items) at 2 stores near me. I and drove 40 min. to Bilka Hillerød just to find out its not Avalible and less then 5 means that its your luck if its avalible at store. Guy at Bilka Hillerød was friendly but Customer service didn't provide any service.

i enterd Bilka to pick my order and went to customer service, a girl asked me to go to DELI section. i went there and they sent me to Bakery, i went to bakery and they asked me to visit the other bakery which is next to customer service, the other bakery asked me to go to the previous bakery again, i went there and they asked me to go to customer service. i spent more than 1 hour to figure out that my order is not there and it was sent to go. and i figured that out my self without any help of customer service and bakery.

Stupid rules that dont make sense
So apparently you can't go inside a store with and e-scooter! So what im supposed to leave it outside and get stolen? There is no page where you can look up the rules and there is no explanation on why u cant go inside!

These items are best left outside to keep our store spacious and clutter-free.
Most of our customers usually secure their scooters outside by locking them to a stand or using a wheel-locking immobilizer to keep them safe while they shop.

Horrible experience while returning faulty product
I bought new mobile from Bilka but it was faulty. When I show them fault they see that actually there is a fault. Taking product for service station but every time it comes back as it is. They supposed to replace that phone but says every time it’s working fine when I show them fault still they can’t return the faulty product. So never ever buying any electronic products from bilka again 👎
