Was a little hesitant to order from Billigcamping based on the rating here, but since they had all the parts I needed and at a good price, I decided to give it a try. Ordered a number of parts for my caravan. An hour after I placed the order, the parts were packed and shipped. When I received the package, one part was missing. Wrote to customer service and got an email back with an apology. An hour later, the part was packed and shipped. Great service.

Edited 2 days later. Was close but they managed to save it. Changing my review from 1* to 4*. Since it was resolved in a reasonable time frame and I can still replace the faulty product before leaving on my trip.
