I had a very positive experience at the Fayetteville location of John T. Orcutt. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. Ms. Mary Farley was exceptional and very helpful in explaining everything. I would highly recommend this firm.

This was a wonderful experience. I praise God for Orcutt law firm and especially Mary Farley. She was so kind and understanding. Also, she was quick and explained everything to me thoroughly so I could understand the process. Anyone who needs debt relief needs to call these folks asap!

My husband and I went to the Garner office and met with Monica Barbour. She is wonderful and she explained everything in great detail and makes you feel very comfortable and has such a great personality . She has so much compassion for her clients and we feel so lucky to have gotten her to help us. We are on our way now to having a normal life instead of having our bills control us and we owe it all to Monica Barbour with John Orcutt. THANK YOU SO MUCH MONICA FOR HELPING US

One of the best decisions of my life was coming into the office. I was a little scared at first but after Mary explained everything to me it put my mind at ease.

I was very skeptical going in after processing all the pre-paperwork prior to my visit. But the staff and especially Ms Farley were very friendly and helpful which made my visit much easier. I really didn't want to file bankruptcy, but my current conditions (I am losing my job) left me no other choice. Ms Farley went over all the paperwork in detail and ensured I understood all the ramifications for this process. She answered all my questions and even though I still feel bad about filing, the process is there for people who have no other choices. Great customer service!

I had a great experience at the Fayetteville office-everyone was so helpful from the first visit to the last .Rebecca had so much patience with me filling out all my paperwork-answering all my questions and making me feel at ease.She made everything easy to understand and helped me step by step. All of the office staff was very helpful as well-rather it was questions or just dropping off needed paperwork-very professional leaving me feeling I was well taken care of. My attorney there met with me -introducing himself to let me know he was there if I needed any help or had any questions for him. Just when I thought I was sinking, I had to think fast about what to do before things got any worst. I had heard about others filing for bankruptcy, so I started searching for a lawyer and reading reviews. I called the Wilson office and met Jessica Mayo, who was great.

There is a lot of paperwork involved, and very tedious I might add... and although on a time frame, I kind of shy'd away from it for a spell. Jessica actually called to check on me to see if I was still in the loop of things (which was actually before I met her, now that I recall). I'm glad she did! Apparently, it wasn't as hard as I made it out to be and she just about walked me through everything I had an issue with. Considering the paperwork that she and the others have to ingest on a daily basis, I wondered how she even found the time. Nevertheless, we got everything done and finalized. She explained each and every page thoroughly (which was as thick as a novel) and made sure that my husband was up to speed with every single thing, being as though he is an OTR trucker. Everything we were concerned about, she notated it right then, she made phone calls and had an answer right then. Everytime I contacted her, she let me know right then, whatever it was that I needed to know whether it was her just calling me back or shooting me a quick email.. she was on the money. I never had to keep calling over and over to get things done or questions answered. She was awesome. Thank you Jessica for all your help.

Christina turned my experience around. I wanted to just not go through with it after an experience I had in the office. I think it's very unprofessional for a staff member to discuss my personal business in front of the four people who were in the waiting area. I was very upset, however Christina took care of me in a very professional manner. I appreciate her more than she knows.

In the Garner office the people there are so helpful and make you feel so comfortable. Kelli Stanley is very helpful she answers any question you have in such a timely matter.. She has made this process so much easier thank you . Keith

We went to the Fayetteville office. They where some nice young lady working their. They made you feel welcome from the minute you walked in the door. They let you know if the person you where gone to see was run late or if something else had came up. Their was one lady that came in to let us know that our window was down in the truck. So, thank you ma'am so much for that.
The lady that we got to talk to was Ms. Christina Crews, she was a really down to earth lady and she really help us understand what we need and how we need to get it. You need more people like her working in your office.
I will tell anyone that want to that need to file for bankruptcy to go to John T. Orcutt, Fayetteville office. They will make you feel right at home.

Well, at first I was going back and forth about filing, and it took me a little bit to actually book an appointment, from my first visit with Jennifer Thorne, who put my mind at ease, to Amy Hodge, who I had as my paralegal. Amy was very helpful at making me understand this process and I must say to my suprise very quick. She is a great asset to the Wilson NC office. Thank you all for everything you have done.

My experience, with the bankruptcy process, was life changing. The receptionists, and office atmosphere is great. Joe Nichols, is very detail oriented, helped me feel confident and satisfied. I am satisfied, and looking forward, to being debt free. God bless!
