Customer service non-existent, poorly manufactured goods

Customer service non-existent. Poorly manufactured item...had to return Earrings due to huge defect. They sent an empty box back!!! Email responses only after a week and when the item was resent, it was sent to the wrong address, 300miles away! No apology, just frustrated at me for bringing up the bad service. How they're still operating is beyond me!

Buy online not in store

I have been caught out again by buying in the shop only to discover afterwards the same day that the online price from the same company was 25% cheaper. It’s very disappointing and would put me off buying in store in the future. Certainly worth checking online before buying in store.

Absolutely delighted with my customise…

Absolutely delighted with my customise engagement ring! Toby was very knowledgeable and helpful to guide me through my ideas. He and his team moved mountains to get the ring done in time. Very grateful and happy customer! Big thank you!!

Faulty goods & poor customer service

Purchased 2 pairs of earrings in April 2022 direct from BSS. One pair was a gift, one pair was for myself.
My earrings broke after only 3 “special occasion” wears.
I contacted customer services to be told that as I was 5 weeks “out of warranty”, there was nothing they could do.
There was no interest shown in quality checking the earrings (had photos ready) or understanding/empathy that a customer should expect more than 3 wears/purchase.
Pleasant enough but a) wholly unaccountable stance re quality of goods purchased and b) once the magic 12 months has expired, no empathy whatsoever in my situation.
As an aside, the earrings did actually snap within the 12 month warranty period but I only made the call to customer services today.
I’ll repurpose the butterfly backs for another pair of earrings, so not a complete waste of my money.
I don’t particularly care about a refund, but please improve your quality control and train your customer service team to value your customers.

A real shame.

Stunning Unusual Jewellwry

A little while ago I purchased the Scarab/ Bug Ring from the Bill Skinner website, I was so Impressed that I followed up with the Earrings then the Statement Necklace, they are so beautiful , the workmanship and quality superb, I was so excited to see the Scarab necklace and I was not disappointed its even better in real life. My neck is a little plump for it but I could not bear to return it, the lovely helpful lady in customer services has been so helpful and is looking out for a magnet so I can extend it, fingers crossed
