Bought my Tiguan from this company and initially had a couple of faults. They tried to find somewhere local to me that would be able to fix them for me to save me travelling but I noticed other faults too so we agreed that it would be best I brought the car back to them to repair. Dropped the car off on a Saturday and they had repaired 2 electrical faults with windows, replaced the front bushes and a rear shock absorber on the Monday. Over all I am happy with the after sales and service provided.

Coming all the way from London, we were very nervous and apprehensive to say the least. My Daughter spent months searching for a specific Mazda CX-3 which theirs fit the criteria. The gentlemen were very patient as we had to wait just over a week for a day off to come and inspect. Throughout, contact was impeccable. Upon arrival, we were greeted and treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Time was given to explain, review and have all questions answered. Once we were satisfied and in agreement, they assisted and explained in detail the process without any pressure or being rushed.
From beginning to end, These young gentlemen have been honest, courteous and an absolute privilege to meet and do business with. I highly recommend them, Have recommended them and will return when it's time for sons car upgrade.

Shocking car! Inspection report proved the car had been tampered with. Returned the vehicle. Huge hassle.
Shocking after sales service! No contact with the garage, what so ever. Completely ignored me throughout.
£4000 out of pocket. Gutted. Buyers beware!

I bought a Mercedes CLS 350 from Billzo which had a great history which I paid for a thorough check via independent vehicle check. I have waited until after a new MOT to post a review and pleased to say that the car passed with no advisories. My experience was straight forward and honest with good contact. Happy with the deal and very happy with the car. Would definitely shortlist Billzo for my next motor.

This disgraceful company doesn’t even deserve 1 star due to the treatment of my brother who is hard of hearing and autistic. He’s been discriminated against and ignored for 6 Months as they sold him a car that the gear box, drive shaft and control box didn’t work, He had the car only just under 6 months, got it sent it back up to Billzo and then basically ignored all contact from himself, myself and another family member just to be fobbed off and taking no responsibility. Promises of calls return never came.
Eventually sent to a gear box specialist and the car failed again after it had been apparently been fixed after driving 55 miles. The car seller is still responsible for the repairs and the gear box company are still awaiting payment from this company. Had to be towed 245 miles from Stoke on Trent to Plymouth so is STILL without a car… and yet still fobbing him off. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought daughters 1st car on Tuesday and the whole experience was amazing, from 1st phone call to driving home in the car.
Even a call from Ray the next day to check we were happy with the car.
Had the car checked by my own mechanic and he said he would of bought the car himself.
Definitely look at there website next time we look for a car again.

Bought a car from them unfortunately there was an oil leak, I rang them and with no hesitation, they agreed to take the car back. No arguements.. Very honest and a pleasure to deal with .

Brilliant Experience from this place, purchased a seat leon fr from themselves and can not fault it. The lads were very patient waiting for my payment to be processed which took some time. Overall I am very pleased and the lads were really friendly to deal with. Struggled for ages finding the right place and car and this was a godsend for me. Will definitely be getting a 2nd car in the future. 10/10👌

Bought a car from them which has a number of serious faults including a gearbox that completely broke down and an exhaust that fell off within 6 months due to significant and excessive rust. The cost of repair is well above the warranty I was provided and beyond economical repair. I have tried multiple times to contact them - both email, their own messaging service and recorded delivery (tracking confirmed receipt of letter) - all of which have been ignored. I expect buying an expensive car from them that it would be in very condition considering the price I paid - not impressed!
