This Company is Fraudulently booking rentals for properties NOT under contract with their management and sending cancellations to bookings, while not fully refunding (if anything), as well as not paying property owners. DO NOT BOOK with this company!
I want to warn everyone about this business. I am an owner with a short term rental property and made the mistake of hiring BBRR. This company has embezzled money from me and other owners like myself. They have not paid me and have not responded to my emails and phone calls. Their physical office is never open. I have changed to a different management company now. Please stay away from this company.
