Miscota, Bilua and Kidits

It does appear that Miscota, Bilua and Kidts are one and the same and they must be making a fortune on the back of honest customers. If you read the reviews of these websites they are full of complaints relating to goods not arriving and refunds not being processed.
I would suggest you steer clear..... I only wish I had.
There is another online toy retailer, Kiditt, who I believe are not associated

This is fake business…

As above comments this is fake business, you will not get anything just lose your money. Nothing received, no communication, trying to get money back via PayPal, but doubt it now.
Keep well away from it!

They are operating worldwide

They are operating in South Africa. There web page here (Kidits) leads you to believe that they are an international company with a branch in SA. They even have a picture of their multi coloured smiling staff. This was untrue. I would never have knowingly dealt with an overseas company. When I ordered at the end of June delivery was 3-5 days. After the payment went through it changed to 28th July-2nd August in an email from the UK. It clearly said you could cancel within an hour, I sent 3 emails within the hour but heard nothing. I was very surprised when I was told mid July that my parcel was on its way. The shipping is like nothing I have experience as you cannot track the parcel, only Kidits can! I have received excuse after excuse. It has gone astray we will refund you. The shipping agent has confirmed they know where it is we won't refund you. You need to check at your local post office?? I paid for delivery not to track down a parcel. They are trying to trace it. It is stuck in SA customs. It is out of customs 12th September. It is being couriered to you as we speak 14th September. As customs is 12.7 klms from the delivery address this seemed doubtful. Then the shipping agent made a mistake and the parcel is on its way back to us. I say then where is the refund? Then the shipping agent is trying to trace where the parcel is. I use local online suppliers very often and have never experienced this. They are extremely deceitful, unethical thieves who are deliberately committing fraud.
The payment went to Bilua in Spain the shipping was from Holland (but in all honesty I really do not think anything was actually ever shipped).
Does Europe not have any laws against this type of crime?

I will never use this company again

I will never use this company again. I have been waiting for my order during the last 7 weeks and trying to contact a customer service that doesn't exist. They even change the recording of the contact phone number and each time the message is more difuse and says nothing.
I need my money back.

How can this poor excuse for a company still exist

I cannot believe this company, I have sent them email after email as to why my PayPal account has been debited but I have not received a confirmation from them as to an order - it is as if they just debit your account and just disappear. Nor can I log into their website as my email address is not recognised.
I have lodged a complaint with PayPal - do not go near this company - unacceptable is still too generous a description

I ordered a product mid May because it …

I ordered a product mid May because it said it would arrive latest, first week of June. It has not arrived and the company is not taking responsibility. They just say that it was dispatched. There is no useful information on their online shipment tracking. I have wasted my money.

DONT BUY AT MISCOTA/BILUA

I ordered 28 May 2017 and paid for 2 large bags of dog food. Stupid that I red the reviews on internet afterwards. They take your money but do not deliver anything. They block you from facebook and internet so you can not contact them. DONT BUY THERE!!

After a lot of complaints I received a message that they are going to deliver the dog food.

Miscota/bilua one big SCAM

Ordered at Miscota, and did not read here first...........
STUPID MISTAKE!
Cancelled my order within an hour: the website claims it is possible.
Ofcourse: no money refunded, no products, and lame excuses on my emails. 300 points recieved for the delay?
What the heck am I supposed to do with 300 points? I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER AGAIN!

They blocked my mail, they blocked me on facebook.
Just because you want your money back.

Service is appalling to say the least

Service is appalling! After ordering a product as a gift, marking and PAYING for priority shipping 48-72 hours to ensure it arrived on time, we are now sitting on two days short of 30 days and still nothing. I email daily, I'm lucky if I get a response! I'm told to phone my local post office with tracking numbers provided, WHY?! when I paid for door to door delivery must I phone the post office, nonetheless out of desperation I phone, only to be told there is no such parcel. At any of our local post offices. I've tried to call but am cut off and referred back to the useless website.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, delayed delivery of products and then informed the product will not be available. The telephone number cuts off when you try to contact them and you'll be lucky to get a reply on email.
Refund has not been issued!
Would NOT trust this company, feel totally scammed!
AVOID at all costs....
