Incredibly fast, personal service with fair prices
I was interested in custom covers for my companies document presentations and I heard about BSA from a client of mine. I called them and was connected with one of their representatives to discuss our needs. They made the process extremely easy for me. I originally tried to use an online company to produce the covers but you really need to speak with someone on the phone to work out all the details and specifics. They mailed me FREE paper stock samples with various imprint options which made it easier to come to a decision. After making our decision, we finalized everything and received the shipment shortly afterword. My rep even called ME after the shipment to make sure everything came out the way we wanted it. I can't applaud their customer service enough. I would highly recommend BSA to any company that uses custom covers/folders or has a binding system. They are the best in the biz!!
