Sorry you are not happy - it does only seem this way as all of our games run on a random RNG and the length of a account has no bearing at all on win/loss rate
VIP players do qualify for the VIP offers - this is something that can be found on our Loyalty page and everybody has the chance to work to a position within this group - there are also many prizes, extra and upgrade bonuses at each level including free status games that everybody can play in

Regarding the BB, it uses the same RNG technology as our bingo game and is totally fair, it's not something we can control but of course the players with cams on and most cards have more tickets in the raffle so to speak.
